I’m not a doctor. My husband is a borderline diabetic with metastatic urothelial cancer. . During the initial treatment, he had issues with his platelets being low which led me in a search for something to help n his fight. The vitamins didn’t necessarily help the platelets, but every other number in his blood test was the best it had been in years - Vitamin A, B %26 C, red and white blood cells, calcium, hemoglobin, etc. as some examples. I even suggested that his oncologist suggest to other patients.

This is a good alternative to a diabetic regime, I used to take multivitamins along with D12 and Vitamin E and a Cinnamon tablet. This particular medication comes all in one but it’s little bit on expensive side but it’s more convenient to take one tablet instead of 3.

At first I thought it was be one pill and I thought something was wrong. I finally read the bottle and I saw it said two pills so I fill a lot better and the pills really work for me.

It is more than just a basic multivitamin , it includes alpha lipoic acid, cinnamon , and fenugreek , which can help support blood sugar, plus a full mix of vitamins like B-complex, C, D3 and E. The tablets are easy to take, no weird taste or smell, and they dissolve well. The quality feels good overall. He's been taking them consistently and says he actually feels better, especially with energy. Of course, it is not a miracle, but it is a nice daily support.

I am on my third bottle. I have gone through many different brands and this has been the best. I love the smell it is relaxing almost like cinnamon flavored tea. I haven't niticed the taste. I am diabetic but even if I weren't i wiuld stillvtake this multivitamin.

Suitable for diabetics

Has not helped me for what it says on bottle. Pills are large, I have to cut in half to swallow. I gotntired of taking them mostly because of the size of pill.

It's a multivitamin; hopefully, the ingredients are benefiting me. Unfortunately, the pill is HUGE that's a little hard for me to swallow, and it has a definite odor that's off-putting, so I had to knock stars off for those reasons.

The smell is very strong, as soon as you open the bottle, the smell is annoying, and the taste is also unpleasant.
