[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited about this, unfortunately i did not expect it to have both wheat and soy in it. The seasoning is called "Wild Mushroom" So i assumed it was just mushroom powder, but it has a lot of other ingredients, two of which I'm deathly allergic to. So my husband put it on his streak and he says it's delicious. Would he recommend it? Absolutely if allergies weren't a problem.

Elizabeth & Eleanor Wild Mushroom Seasoning totally nailed it with this mix of wild mushrooms, sea salt, garlic, black pepper, and thyme. At first, it might seem like it has a strong smell, but it adds a fancy touch to your dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the umami taste but the scent is a bit too strong for me. I prefer to adding a small amount as seasoning. It would be better if the portion of pepper and other spices is reduced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flavor is definitely umami but I think I would prefer it to have no cane sugar/maltodextrin. Also, it has salt in it already so make sure not to add too much extra to your dish.
