Personally, I'm a mushroom lover and always seek to enhance the flavor of my meals with some seasonings. E&E unquestionably hit the mark with this blend of wild mushrooms, sea salt, garlic, black pepper, and thyme. At first, the scent might seem too intense, but don't let that fool you; it will add a delicate gourmet touch to your dishes. In particular, chicken turns out incredibly juicy and well-balanced. It retains the meat's original flavor, thanks to this mix of flavors from each of the ingredients in this wild mushroom premium seasoning. You really must give it a try. You won't regret it!

Adds the perfect umami flavor to many dishes and side dishes. Has found a new home next to the salt and pepper as a staple in the kitchen

Prior to receiving it, I had this perception that this 'wild mushroom' seasoning blend would be predominantly mushroom forward. I was rather surprised when I opened the package and used it in a pasta dish. I felt like this is more of a general umami type of savory seasoning, with mushroom flavor as a bonus. I was hoping for more of a mushroom forward flavor but this is still great to use when you want some extra savory flavor in a dish.

I added this to lasagna for my husband and he loved it very much!!

I shake this on my pizza like most do peppers or cheese. It's the best pizza topper!
