It's crafted with wild mushrooms, thyme, and sea salt, so we practically use it everywhere instead of using regular salt. , so if you prefer a bit of bolder flavor then use this! We used it on various meats, veggies, and eggs. We even used grilled mushrooms to enhance the flavor of the mushroom. It's a great seasoning to keep in stock.

Prior to receiving it, I had this perception that this 'wild mushroom' seasoning blend would be predominantly mushroom forward. I was rather surprised when I opened the package and used it in a pasta dish. I felt like this is more of a general umami type of savory seasoning, with mushroom flavor as a bonus. I was hoping for more of a mushroom forward flavor but this is still great to use when you want some extra savory flavor in a dish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't too sure about it first but it tasted so good on my eggs for my break fast, and my pasta. It has a good mushroom taste, the more you add the stronger the taste is so be sure to do a taste test.
