Just completed my Norwood 12x10 Gazebo. I was very impressed with the engineering. Took some time but went together nicely. Not one missing item. The notching, drilling and cuts are super accurate. The instruction manual is nicely drawn and very detailed. It was a fun project and looks great!

I just followed the instructions that came with the unit and it went together relatively easy. I do have some building experience so that helped. This is a beautiful, structurally sound unit. Very pleased with how it came out.

I have zero complaints, love the final product. No missing pieces, and instructions were easy to follow. You do have to be somewhat handy to put it all together, and if you dont square it up the roof panels will not go on right. That was the only thing with the set up i would warn people about. And it 100% is not a one person job.

I looked for several weeks to find this product. Everyone seemed to be out of stock. I located it out of state and had it shipped to me. No major complaints. Fit and finish is excellent. all the parts are of very high quality. I added the bench swing and some LED string lights. This is a great addition to my backyard!

Started a pool patio project last year and wanted a unique and durable shade structure. After building a swing set playhouse from Backyard Discovery, I was sold on their products. First bought the 20x20 gazebo and made room for this 12x10 gazebo for a grill station. Will have to stain this fall or next spring as the sun does fade the finish.

I am amazed at the quality of the parts! My husband and brother put this together in a weekend and it looks amazing in our yard! We use this primarily in place of a garbage at our lake home, it is study and provides ample protection for our cars from rain and snow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a carport and this is a great size and value. The top is durable for all season weather. When not a carport we can use for shade to grill and setup for family gatherings. You will get a lot of use out of it, that is for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this in May 2023. The basic build out was well explained and easy to assemble with one helper. However, it took me six months to fully complete my install, doing a little at a time. It's now fully enclosed with an additional 6x10' adjoining space. It's my full outdoor kitchen with seating for 4, a propane firepit & table, a 4 burner 36" Blackstone griddle, 4 burner 39" Charbroil grille, 2 storage cabinets, a waste bin, a deep sink, overhead fan and exhaust fan, controlled lighting, and rain gutters. I can use fully enclosed or open air. It's a wonderful addition.

Great product and love the look. We were able to build and install in two weekends. Definitely needed 4 people to set the walls in place. Parts were perfectly labeled and the video instructions were invaluable. Great asset to building the finished product.
