[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my gazebo for about six months and I love it!! We are always using it. It was so easy to buy, track and we paid fir it to be assembled. Highly recommend if you pay fir assembly..not only professional installed but at an excellent price.

I’ll keep it simple: after buying and returning a cheaper product from a local big box store, the quality surprised me. Excellent! There was one miscut piece in the boxes and it was Fedexed to me the same day I called. The city inspector was very complimentary about the quality of the final product. We love the new area and feeling it created in our yard. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this gazebo after looking at a lot of other kits. The price was right and it had the look we wanted, plus it was all cedar. I was most impressed by the roof assembly, having all the parts accessible from the underside made it easy to put the roof on. The hardest part was standing up the legs, it actually took 3 people to hold everything while the cross members were attached, but not a big issue. Lastly, the legs are not actual 6x6 beams, they are 2x6 boards tacked together, so they are lighter than an actual solid beam. Not an issue but it something I was not expecting.

I was really impressed with how this went together. Everything lined up well enough, and was easy enough to put together. My only complaint is the roof. The roof isn’t designed for places that have heavy rain the metal roofing doesn’t extend long enough to shed water properly. Both ends also don’t have any roofing material over them, so they are completely exposed to the weather. The design for this roof is a poor choice. The edges are high, with no roofing material, then it drops lower to where the roofing material is, which causes the roofing material to not protect the wood. They should have just designed the roof as a regular roof.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After comparing several gazebos by several companies we decided on the 14x12 Norwood Gazebo. It is stylish and outdoorsy. We are almost wanting to sell our camper because we are finding the gazebo area so enjoyable. This adds plenty of shade and protection from the rain. We love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in March 2023, had ot 8 months and love it. Not only does ot look beautiful but it's sturdy. It has made it through 70 plus mile an hour winds, terential downpours and a hail storm. It still look brand new. Highly recommend. It definitely takes at least three people to put together

While it was a beast to construct the parts are great quality, instructions very clear and they even provided extra hardware. We are extremely happy as we assembled on a new patio to cover our hot tub. Turned out better than I could have imagined!!

I purchased this product and was on the schedule everything was good until the week of delivery. Freight company pushed back delivery date multiple times. Took the day off work to ensure the delivery arrived on time. Perfect arrived day before install. Confirmed with Goconfigure the night before. Spoke with installer. Everything is good. Day of install, the installer Phil went MIA. I called and texted him 25 times, no response. Goconfigure contacted him, no response. Now im stuck with 1200 pounds and 8 boxes blocking my driveway. No care or urgency now that they have my money.

Based on the reviews I read before purchasing I expected to be very pleased with the product and overall experience - including the assembly process. I can say that this expectation was met! The product was packaged well and arrived completely undamaged. The assembly instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. That said - preparing and assembling this item is a BIG job... We decided to stain all of our wood pieces before assembling, which in hindsight I'm very glad we went this route. I did most of the work on my own, but there are several steps where several people are definitely needed. Getting the roof panels on, squared and attached was a bit of a challenge, but we got it all in place after some trial and error. The entire process took several weekends to complete. It's been up for couple of weeks now and has already been through several rain storms and a couple of thunderstorms. Happy to say it's held up w/o any issues!

Just completed my Norwood 12x10 Gazebo. I was very impressed with the engineering. Took some time but went together nicely. Not one missing item. The notching, drilling and cuts are super accurate. The instruction manual is nicely drawn and very detailed. It was a fun project and looks great!
