Why???

Why are you using encapsulated salt with hydrogenated cottonseed oil in your Angus burgers? We have enjoyed these as a regular part of our keto diet and have recommended them to others. But no more.

Definitely not chop house

These things have zero fat, and are hard to cook. They do indeed fall apart, and are frankly flavorless. These are the worst hamburgers I've about ever had. Next time I will wait for the out of stock chop house burgers.

Watch Out

Why in the world do these have cottonseed oil? They really need to remove it. I will not purchase again (didn't look at the ingredient list until now).

My husband broke a tooth from a bone in the patty. We thought it was just a freak accident until our son had to spit it out because of bone it. At least we hope that was what it was!

Awful Texture and Taste

So horrible I hardly know where to start! We normally buy the freshly ground 90% lean ground beef, but decided to try these for our family’s annual 4th of July gathering to save a little time and work. What a mistake! Texture is absolutely awful. My guess is the use of some sort of binder not clearly listed in the ingredients. Taste was very bland as well. Never again!

Perfect for the grill or griddle.

These are the best frozen patties I have found. Grill perfect only add fire and everyone loves them. Every always asks what I season them with I just say fire. High enough fat content to keep them juicy very consistent flavor or cooking. Have cooked on both grill and griddle and both have turned out perfect.

Not sure about these

They seem different from a year ago. Texture is springy and almost like meatloaf. The flavor is ok, but not like I remember them last year. They grilled well. I'm suspicious of what exactly "encapsulated salt" is in the ingredient list. Next time I'll probably choose the Sirloin burgers, which has only Sirloin beef and beef as ingredients, and add my own flavoring.

Great Burger with a little work

Just pull these out of the freezer, place on a plate covered with a paper towel. Sam's has a seasoning named Weber's Gourmet Burger seasoning in the spice section. Let the burgers set on the plate about 30 minutes and add the seasoning to both sides and let them rest until temperature is up on the grill. I cook them on a Traeger and man they will make your tongue beat your brains out good. Been using them for a few years and we love them.

Must have changed their beef source

We’ve been buying these burgers for years. But this past year they have tasted pretty awful… we kept buying them (out of habit I guess) and at a bbq yesterday one of our guests actually asked if it was real beef. I was like yeah… we got to find another brand. Just a theory but I think they switched from American beef to overseas. Other countries just don’t know how to marble and feed their cattle well.
