Ample seating that is comfortable and cozy. The sectional cushions are a great depth and thickness that creates a space for nice, long conversations. The bench is a great addition for versatile seating and the fire table gives a wonderful option for cozy ambiance throughout multiple seasons.

This outdoor sectional is so couch comfortable! The cushions feel well made, like they will last for years. I like the basket weave leather look, but I don't know if I like the way it wraps around the armrests. The bench and ottoman are really nice to add extra seating! And they are the perfect height! I love the tile on the fire pit table!

This is an amazing sectional that we've had for over a year. It has been outside all year (in Colorado) and remains beautiful. Covered in winter. A stiff brush and vacuum remove any spots, stains or dirt. We find in very comfortable. We love this sectional.

i am so happy i saw this at the store once i sat on it i knew i wanted this...so comfortable,so easy to assemble. so pleased one and only issue is that assembling the table dor fire pit one of the woven pieces overlapped just one area for a bolt and i was not about to drill a hole and maybe ruin the weave. i still finoshed it and feels so sturdy....really happy

I cannot believe how affordable this set is for what all is included and how nice it is in person! The cushions are such a good neutral color and are very comfortable and supportive. The wicker detailing is nicely done to add to the overall design of this set. The sectional is massive and this is a great set for anyone interested in entertaining! The fire pit table is an added bonus!

Pros: Looks great Feels sturdy Cushions are firm but comfortable and dry quickly Cons: Cushions get wet every-time it rains even with cover on. The cover wicks away rain but where it collects on top of seats, leaks through and leaves cushion wet. Would be better to have separate covers for couch and table and benches. We have tried different arrangements to get cover tight and sloped but inevitably it happens. If it weren't for the quick drying and quality I would be rating even lower. We plan to buy two separate covers to see if this solves our issues but I know other sets come with separate covers so I don't know why this one was designed like this. Plus having to push furniture back together every time is a pain!

So I received my Members Mark sun Bella sectional with fire pit today. This sectional is gorgeous,very comfortable and great for entertaining. Therefore, I gave it four stars. I could not give it five because it was delivered a block from my house at the wrong address and I had to go get it myself from the wrong address, but Sam's Club did give me $50 in Sam's cash for my troubles. Mind you, this sectional came in three extra large boxes with one weighing around 100 pounds.

This is an alright set. Everything looks great. The cushions are definitely on the firmer side, but aren't necessarily uncomfortable. The ottoman and bench are very lightweight and can be moved around easily. The fire pit table is smooth to touch. However, the wicker already shows signs of wear and I'm not sure it would hold up well over time.

We ordered this set in April of 2026 and use it almost daily. It sits under a covered patio so it's not in the elements. We love the quality construction and comfort. Our only disappointment is the stain resistance. Everything that touches it leaves a stain, including water. Soap and water, as noted in the description, haven't worked for us. It just leaves a larger ring around the stain. The stain in the picture started from condensation from glass. If there are any suggestions, I'd love to hear them. If it weren't for the staining issue, I would definitely have given it the full five stars. It's a great set.

The delivery company showed up two days earlier than scheduled, and like all Sam’s Club large-item deliveries, they only offer a 12-hour delivery window where you must be present to sign. No flexibility. No courtesy notice. Just 12 hours of your time — wasted. Sam’s Club’s solution? I was told I could either: 1. Return the entire damaged 7-piece sectional set myself to a store — an obviously unrealistic and absurd ask given the size and weight of this item, or 2. Schedule a return pickup, which means another full 12-hour window where I have to be available. Their idea of compensation? A $300 “partial refund” — for a $2,400 product that arrived damaged and unusable. That’s barely 12% of the total cost. It doesn’t even begin to cover the damage, the inconvenience, or the hours I’ve wasted dealing with this. Frankly, it felt like an insult. And their excuse? “Returns are expensive.” So is buying large, defective furniture — and being left with no real options, no accountability, and no respect as a customer. I’ve now spent two full days on hold with customer service, being bounced between departments, disconnected after 45+ minute waits, and forced to repeat the same story every single time. Most agents are unable to help, and there is no follow-through, no consistency, and no resolution. The only path forward they offered was to accept $300, or spend two more days waiting for pickup and redelivery — again, in 12-hour windows. That is not a solution. Sam’s Club has made it clear they do not stand behind their products and have no functional customer service structure to support large-item purchases. I strongly warn anyone considering this set — or any large purchase from Sam’s Club — to think twice. Once your payment is processed, you’re on your own.
