Pergola

I ordered this pergola and was super excited that it was going to be delivered the same day. I get a delivery notice and my son texts me to say they delivered a TV and not a
Pergola. Sam's says they will resend the pergola. Great! Only my order was canceled 2 days later saying it was now out of stock. Customer Service confirms they are in stock at the local store where the first one was supposed to be delivered from. Ridiculous. Canceled our membership. Might seem petty, but Sam's your customer service for a paid service really sucks.

We absolutely love the pergola we purchased! It is a great addition to our deck. My husband was able to construct the whole thing without any help. He is a very “hands - on” guy however.
