DO NOT BUY

I have had the mattress 11 days. The topper is already coming apart and bunching up. My wife and I are of average height and weight. I am concerned about the quality and will be returning the mattress to the store where I bought it. I hope I don't have problems returning the mattress.

Hotel Premiere Queen Mattress

If you’re looking for quality sleep don’t hesitate to order this mattress. This review might be a bit premature as I’ve had the mattress less than a week, but I am impressed!! I will update my review if warranted but for now this mattress is 4 layers of pure heaven! Cool to the touch, very comfortable and fit on my existing box spring.

Garbage Product- Created neck issues

Mattress is far too soft you will end up with severe neck pains. The mattress has completely compressed and now I am experiencing both neck and back pains. This all even though I didn't sit or sleep on it for 72 hrs. after opening. This scenario is absolutely absurd and very disappointing

More like a plush no support

Do not buy if you have any form of back issues. I let fully expand before sleeping on it, I would wake through the night with lower back pain which isnt uncommon and reason why i bought bew mattress so i didnt think anything of it. By morning the pain is completely unbareable ive never experienced pain this bad. There is zero support with this mattress and is on the plush side nothing medium about it.

Absolutely terrible

We bought this mattress maybe a year ago to replace a 15 year old mattress. At first we loved it but it quickly went down hill from there. We let it set up for a full 48 hours to lay on it and the first month was nice. Then to my surprise the middle started sagging and BAD. After numerous spins over the last few months this mattress is almost unusable as the center sinks so bad that my fiancé and myself wake up basically on top of eachother every single morning and with worsening back pain each day. Absolutely do not suggest this mattress and am currently looking into their “10 year warranty” they advertise

Smells SO bad.

The manufacturing chemical smell has not gone away after letting this mattress air out with the windows open and no cover on it for 48 hours. With a waterproof cover, mattress pad, sheets and comforter, the room still smells and my hair even smells like the chemicals after sleeping in it. It's a decent mattress otherwise although you will slide off if you try to sit on the edge of it. It's very soft.

Poorly marketed 10 INCH mattress

I had such high hopes for this mattress as I am a big time lover of the Members Mark brand.. however, this mattress did not prove its 4.5 star review. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt despite seeing reviews about the mattress only inflating to 10 inches but that has proven true in my case as well. The edges of the mattress remained compressed and the cover fabric was loose due to the lack of foam inflation. Sadly I will be returning this mattress.
