I have had the mattress 11 days. The topper is already coming apart and bunching up. My wife and I are of average height and weight. I am concerned about the quality and will be returning the mattress to the store where I bought it. I hope I don't have problems returning the mattress.

The manufacturing chemical smell has not gone away after letting this mattress air out with the windows open and no cover on it for 48 hours. With a waterproof cover, mattress pad, sheets and comforter, the room still smells and my hair even smells like the chemicals after sleeping in it. It's a decent mattress otherwise although you will slide off if you try to sit on the edge of it. It's very soft.

This was supposed to be medium firm, but it's the softest mattress I've ever felt. I waited over 24 hours for it to expand fully. The top material is lumpy. Unfortunately, I picked up from store instead of online, so only way to return it is to take back to store. I called to confirm options and advise no way of fitting it in my car. I was told to rent a truck to bring it back if needed. (In a very rude tone). Will be canceling my Sam's membership.

I suffered a L1 compression fracture in January after a fall, and have had significant pain ever since. I chose the mattress based on the promise of perfect support for my back. The mattress feels luxurious, but I still wake up with an aching back. That could be because of my injury, and not the fault of the mattress, but I am disappointed, none the less.

I have purchased 4 of these over the last 2- 3 years and will continue to purchase them. I had my doubts based on the price point, but I was pleasantly surprised. I originally bought them for me kids and they liked them. I recently purchased one for my guest room and have slept on it the last 2 nights. I realize that I need to replace my own mattress after only 4 years because I slept so well on this one!

Mattress is super comfy. I am 5foot 8 175 pounds and it is a perfect mid support mattress. I am a side sleeper and if the mattress is to soft or hard I wind up with back pain. I have had no pain with this mattress. It would be a 5 star but the workmanship on the mattress leaves a little to be desired. The cover you can tell was accidentally glued to the mattress in some spots causing the mattress to not rise completely. Also the cover is a little to large for the mattress making it too loose for the mattress. Like any foam mattress it smells awful for about a day or two till the smell goes away. If they can get the quality up just a little on the build it would be a 5 star

If you’re looking for quality sleep don’t hesitate to order this mattress. This review might be a bit premature as I’ve had the mattress less than a week, but I am impressed!! I will update my review if warranted but for now this mattress is 4 layers of pure heaven! Cool to the touch, very comfortable and fit on my existing box spring.

Purchased for the guest room. I didn't use it myself, but a visiting family member was comfortable and slept well. It's a very thick mattress, so if you use it with a box and a standard bed frame it would be pretty high. I used it with a fold up metal bed frame and a thin mattress pad under it, no box and it was high. Set up was easy for the twin size. I was able to do it alone. The mattress fluffed up fully in a few seconds. I didn't notice any offensive odors, but it wouldn't hurt to let it air out a little before putting the sheets on to let the new foam bed smell dissipate.

We bought two of the XL Twin Firm mattresses. Before this purchase we had a sleep number bed. After20 years I still tossed and turned all night. With these new mattresses I placed a 1inch memory foam topper on them. I no longer toss and turn at night. So very comfortable on these mattresses. They came rolled and vacuum sealed in individual boxes. Never would have thought they would be this amazing. So glad we got them. Don't miss the sleep number at at.

We bought this for our oldest child a few years ago and it hasn’t been destroyed/ sagged and now this one for our youngest. So comfortable I’m thinking of trading our bed for this too. I have no back pain when I sleep on one of their beds. Only downside is if you like to sit on the edge of the bed, you will sink.
