The manufacturing chemical smell has not gone away after letting this mattress air out with the windows open and no cover on it for 48 hours. With a waterproof cover, mattress pad, sheets and comforter, the room still smells and my hair even smells like the chemicals after sleeping in it. It's a decent mattress otherwise although you will slide off if you try to sit on the edge of it. It's very soft.

Love the bed I own 2 a full and a queen the queen I had to get a replacement shortly after purchasing the zipper on the bottom of the cover did not zip came like that flipped over to try and zip but won’t work they replaced no questioned asked I’m really happy. They are not firm they say firm but they are quite soft you sink in them, i sleep every night in this bed I have no aches and pains it helps a lot.

I am experiencing lower back pain when I wake up in the morning. I will not get another mattress with memory foam again. I’m looking for a bed topper that is firm to try and even it out. So disappointed by the description and positive reviews. I would rather sleep on the couch (Which is what I’m doing now) or have my old 20 plus year old mattress back.

I bought this bed because my Orthopedic Mattress was beginning to get too hard for my older body. I had sore shoulders and back. This was delivered to the door in a large box. It's bulky but manageable, I am 65 years old and managed to move to the first floor. Once unpacked it rapidly began to expand. I let it expand for 24 hours. It appears to be about half to one inch short of the 12 inches advertised. I have no experience with foam mattresses so didn't know what to expect from Medium Firm. Turns out it works well. My stiffness is slowly dissipating though it took me a couple of nights to get used to sleeping on a foam mattress. I didn't get the chemical smell some reviewers noted, I still have a pretty sharp sense of smell. After about a week I am pleased with the mattress. It's hard to beat the value of the Members Mark and return guarantee. I took one star off for the actual height being shorter than advertised.

Purchased 2 of these for my young granddaughter's daybed and for an extra bed for company. Adult company said they slept well. My granddaughter loves it! As for me with back and neck and hip pain I would need something a little more supportive to the body.

Supposed to be medium firm, but there is NOTHING firm about it! Sit on side and sink all the way down. At least 2 inches wider than normal king. Yes, we let it setup before use, but it only rose to 10 inches. Box said 12! Should be labeled extra squishy! I want my old mattress back! Totally disappointed with this purchase! Btw won't allow me to give zero stars!

First it did not raise to 12" . Almost 11". The mattress is super soft and it sucks you into it. When you try to get out it bottoms out to the frame. It's the most uncomfortable mattress to sleep on. Sam's should be ashamed to produce this type of product. It's true, you get what you pay for as we thought we would try it out as we bought another brand similar to this and it lasted about 6 years and was very comfortable but that was not the case with this one. Don't waste your time taking this one home because you will be returning it. I hope they let us return it!

We bought a new mattress for our new camper. Slept like a baby the first night, and I never sleep good the first night out. We were amazed. So when we got back home, we ordered another mattress for our bed. Coming in a few days and I cant wait! This is a happy camper!

Bought this mattress in September 2024. By April, the mattress was sagging and uncomfortable. Tried to return, but was strung along until I gave up on returning. Do not buy this mattress!!! It will feel good for a few months, but it won’t go the distance. Wasting your money. Sam’s club really failed on quality and customer service! Won’t buy any big ticket items from them again.

Fails over time. I have had this mattress for about a year and we are in the market for a new one. This mattress was great for about 6 months and then began breaking down to the point where I wake up in pain almost every morning. I contacted the local store I bought it from and they said I have owned it for too long for them to do anything so I would not really call that 100% satisfaction guarantee. It would probably be great for a guest bedroom or something that is not used daily.
