We have this cot and I have to say, it's wonderful. The weight limit is true, my 70 LB dog laid on it (when I wasn't looking) and bent the frame on me. Otherwise, needs better padding, I stick a down alternative throw blanket on it in between the cover and cot giving my son some no-slip cushioning. It folds up well and even bent, we still take it on family trips for my three year old to use. Comes with a convenient carry bag, we can fold it up with the blanket still on it and it still fits in the bag. Will definately be buying a new one soon so it doesn't have a lean when my son uses it. Fantastic for on the go, can't recommend this enough!

We got this for our almost 2 year old daughter because we needed something less bulky than our portacrib for travel, since my husband's job requires him to travel each month and we go with him. We let Arianna try it out the night before we left, and she loved it. During the trip she was very happy to go to bed in it, and even jumping on it a little didn't harm the cot. Its a lot less bulky than the portacrib, takes up much less room, and is very easy to set up and take down (unlike the portacrib). The only con about it is tiny, I wish it wasn't as loose as it is. Its not so loose that its dangerous or anything, but it'd be nice if it were more taught.

This cot is totally amazing and exactly as expected. My 2 yr old son immediately hopped on it and loved it right away. It is sturdy, and so easy to set up I thought surely there must be more to it, but it literally just unfolds open into position. It fits back into the storage bag very easily and can be stored with the cover on, which is convenient. Like everyone else, I'd say it's better padded up a bit. I laid a small, doubled over comforter on it and then put a fitted crib sheet over that, which worked perfectly. This item is great for vacations, sleepovers, camping and the beach!

We needed a product similiar to the cots that the children sleep on at daycare for out of town stays or overnights w/the grandparents. I found this one & it's perfect. It's wider than I expected & my 2 1/2 yr old daughter fits very comfortable w/plenty of room to grow. It folds up to store easily and my daughter just loves setting it up & taking it down.

This is a great product for little spectators for sports gams, etc. however, as a bed it isn't that great. They've reinforced the center which is great when two kids sit side by side, but you can't get it flat enough to make it comfortable for one kid. Tried this camping and our 2 1/2 year old looked like she was doing some kind of a yoga pose as her head and feet were both lower than her midsection. She ended up sleeping on the floor of the tent. I still gave it a four rating because it works great for so many other things besides laying down on. Very compact when collapsed and we pull it out wherever we go for the kids to sit on - pool, park, backyard BBQ, baseball game, etc.

I looked at this cot online several times & read lots of reviews. I ran across one in stock while out of town at a Walmart store. I figured why not give it a shot. I bought it for my almost 3 yr old who is very small for her age. She's JUST getting into size 18 month pants, and weighs only 25-26 lbs. She did sleep on it when we visited family at the beach, and just last week for camping. It has a support strap sewn under the middle. The two sides sag a LOT, way too much. So imagine laying on a cot w/ a strap holding you up like a sling at your lower back. Needless to say she doesn't lay on it that way. She lays sideways with her bottom above the middle section. Soon she will outgrow it, but can then use it for a chair with a buddy of the same age then. I would say it's worth the money to use it as we are. It could certainly use some major improvements. Firstly, remove that stupid strap & put a nice support under the whole thing & pull the fabric tight. Perhaps just double the base fabric..it's sturdy and a double layer would be nice & supportive. I wish I could modify the one we have myself, but it would take more money than just buying a better one. So I say 2 stars. Poor design, great price, temporary use for the item.

I highly highly recommend this cot. We bought it for our almost 2 year old. He loves it. It does have a strap that goes across the middle that is harder than the rest of the cot, but he doesn't mind. We take it to family events so he can nap in his "own" bed. He is used to it and knows that is his nap place. His Grandparents also bought one for their house so he can nap there too. LOVE IT!

We have used this several times since buying it. It fit our needs perfectly for a place for our son to sleep at the "in-laws," and hotel. I will say, I read prior reviews and knew to add extra padding under the included sheet. My son had no trouble falling asleep or staying asleep on this cot. Great for naps or nighttime. It's also lightweight, and easy to pack. We had a car load of stuff on our vacation, and this cot took up almost no room. Great purchase! Definitely the way to go if your little one has outgrown a pack 'n play.

Attention all grandparents, this is the best cot ever! It's so easy to open (literally with one hand) and to store (it comes in it's own sleeve yet I've also kept the box). It's also not heavy to carry. My granddaugther is 2 and a half and the moment she saw this open, she went right to bed. This was a miracle because she was otherwise sleeping with us as our daugther and son-in-law unfortunately had her accustomed to sleeping with them (so she didn't sleep on any other "bed" in the house). Yet, when she saw this open (and it sits on the most beautiful rug I bought which I'm also going to review momentarily "Segma Inc. Merna Light Purple Kids Rug") she immediately went to bed (in the cot), covered herself up, and it wasn't until the next morning, 9AM, that we saw her little bright eyes light up again. I think it's because she's used to sleeping in cots at school that she took to it so quickly. She slept comfortably all night. Now, she's a very long, thin child, so I don't know how long this will last, yet, for now, with every other weekend overnights, it's a true God send! I hope it works out for your "kids". It's easy to clean and dries quickly (oh, it has a pink fitted sheet so you only need a pillow (if they use it) and a throw of course. I highly recommend this product.

I paid $20 less with Walmart than what other sites had this same cot listed for. We took it on vacation with us so my 2 1/2 yr old son could sleep on it in the hotel room. He is too big for a porta crib but too little to be climing in and out of a big bed, especially in a dark room where he is not familiar. So this cot was perfect for him. The strap in the middle is a little annoying but we put a blanket under the cover and it was fine. My son slept on it for 3 nights and took naps on it as well.
