I love eating fish

We prefer tuna in oil, so we drain the oil when making sandwiches or tuna dip(with sliced cucumber and wheat thins. Our quick meal fix is to pour tuna and oil over hot rice, stir in soy sauce and eat with pickled ginger. We also like it with Japanese sweet potato. It is NOT keto friendly as it is made with soybean oil which is high in phytates and can cause inflammation.

Bought online. Ithem arrived completely duty, some like sand outside.

Every can had scales or bones both in some cans, I opened 12 cans ,I will never buy this tuna again

A lot of oil in these cans. Tuna is good, but just way too much oil added.
