The first cover broke within a week of owning these. I went on their website and purchased a new lid for $5, thinking this was a fluke (The clear plastic clip that keeps the lid on is fragile and breaks easily). The other 2 covers have since broke in the same spot over the last 2 weeks. At this rate I’ll be spending as much to replace the kids as I did to purchase the cups so it’s not worth it. Going to oook for a different brand!

Only had these a few months and all the kids are broken. This is the 2nd type of Ello water bottles we’ve gotten (others were stainless steel) and all of them have broken tops. On some of them the metal bar that holds the lid on has come out, and on others the plastic latch that closes the lid has broken off making it useless because you can’t close the lid. Won’t be buying anything by this brand again.

The lid cover isn’t “kid proof”… meaning all 3 broke after 1-2 months of use (each used 1 day a week-max). The straws have also started fraying at the top and bottom. I definitely don’t recommend this product… unless you like to completely replace your child’s water bottles at least quarterl

The reviews speak for its self, the complaints from consumers state its a horrible product, bacteria builder and a worthless unsafe product for children and yet this company still plans to sell and discount. Why are we paying a membership if you choose to sell junk product. OUR KIDS we trust you with our kids and you want to be sketch. Just disappointed.

We’ve used one of these cups for two days and the pin holding the lid on came off. I stuck a fork in one of the other lids where the pin is snd it just slides out too! What kind of design is that?? A pin just sitting there with nothing holding it in. Geez.

These are overall okay quality. My kids take them to school daily for water since the fountains in the school are off. After a month, they are still intact. However, one of the straws was missing in one set making one bottle totally useless. Throws me off since I bought a set for each child so I could wash in cycles.

While I wanted to LOVE these cups bc they're super cute, they are not insulated. I couldnt find in the description if they were or were not, so I ordered 2 different sets. Highly disappointed to find out they arent insulated, so they're going back bc that's a deal breaker for me. Bummer.

We’ve had these water bottles for about 6 weeks. 2 of them already have the decals peeling off after washing on the top rack of the dishwasher and air drying. One of them has a lid where the pin keeps coming out too. I can’t put these in a lunch bag at all because the lid could potentially just fall off. I love these bottles and the price. I've had them for almost a year now. My toddler girls use them for preschool. They do not leak and are easy to open for my girls. I've looked at many bottles for my girls and these were the best. Plus I have so many other bottles that my older son uses but they are too hard for my girls to open. These are easy to clean and the toddlers haven't broken one yet. I've brought more just in case I couldn't find them anymore. Great for the price point!
