Bought this for the reviews, it is NOT FIRM at all. Actually going to return it. Not sure on the great reviews. If you want soft and squishy and back breaking go for it. NOT FIRM, returning it due to so soft I am crippled. I ordered firm for a reason and this is not it.

It's so comfortable

When we were looking at the matress selection at Sam's we couldn't find Soft type mattresses in store that would work with adjustable bed frame. We ended up on going with this medium firm Members Mark Hotel series and it turned out to be exactly what we wanted being that it's in a box and you can't try it out in store it actually was softer then what we pictured and for a side sleeper you feel nestled into the matress rather than on top and using pillows to get support its so nice what a difference it makes to sleep better.

I was very disappointed. This bed was warm and worse way too soft. It was so soft the sheets were constantly popping off. After calling Members Mark and trying it for almost two months this bed had to go back to the store. Check out the new Casper line… Im MUCH happier.

Adequate for guest room. Too soft for me—I do like firm mattresses though. Convenient in the box. Shopping experience was awful though. Well—cashier was—rude!! And very strange—there was a music speaker on the floor that I almost tripped over. Playing loud music. I lowered the music and the cashier got aggressive about that. Just a strange experience.

It STINKS!! We’ve had it for 6 weeks and it still smells horrible. Hubby still hasn’t gotten his sense of smell back from Covid or I’m sure he would’ve complained. I unzipped the cover today hoping it would air out some and now the dang zipper is broken so I don’t recommend that! It’s super comfy and I don’t feel my wiggly hubby at all. I would recommend for comfort but the smell is bad. I’ve tried all kinds of things. Also the top layer of foam sort of wads up. You can’t feel it but it’s kind of annoying to see it.

I am experiencing lower back pain when I wake up in the morning. I will not get another mattress with memory foam again. I’m looking for a bed topper that is firm to try and even it out. So disappointed by the description and positive reviews. I would rather sleep on the couch (Which is what I’m doing now) or have my old 20 plus year old mattress back.

Mattress is far too soft you will end up with severe neck pains. The mattress has completely compressed and now I am experiencing both neck and back pains. This all even though I didn't sit or sleep on it for 72 hrs. after opening. This scenario is absolutely absurd and very disappointing

Good value

I have had this mattress for a week. I bought a queen size for a guest room. My guest only slept on it for three days and it is already showing signs of wear. The top is wrinkled and crumpled up. Also, it never fully decompressed. One end of the mattress is still "squished". The name states it is a "medium firm" but it is not. It is very soft and you sink into it when you lay, or sit on it. I previously bought a queen size Sealy mattress in a box from Sams and I have been very pleased with it. I have slept on it every night for about three years and I love it. I would have bought another one this time, but my local Sams club was out of them, so I bought this one instead. A lot of the reviews said it was just as good but it is not. I am sadly disappointed and will attempt to get my money back.
