Disappointed somewhat

I was disappointed with my new mattress. I thought I was buying a conventional type mattress and was surprised when I received it . It was described as a hotel type mattress but i having never seen one like it in a hotel and unlike other bed in a box type you can’t just return it . But , it is reasonably comfortable

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ODOR WORST DECISION EVER!

The musty chemical smell is has been just absolutely horrible. I have been sleeping on this mattress a month and it still smells. I'm have been waking up with headaches since day one from the smell. Plus with the poor support you sink down in it to far. I don't recommend this Hotel 12" Premier Queen mattress and I would love to return it!

A NIGHTMARE!

We hated this ultra plus mattress. It's like molasses for the top 3 inches then hard as a brick underneath, which doesn't work for a side sleeper with hips. Returning this has been a NIGHTMARE, 3.5 weeks of Sam's telling me someone would contact me to pick it up. Finally I get a call from some company I've never heard of and I have to wait another week. They were supposed to pick it up but waited to contact me that day to ask for a picture of the mattress. They finally showed up in some random pickup the next day. It's been 2 days and I still haven't been credited for my return. I've been calling Sam's all day and they keep hanging up on me. I contacted the company that picked the mattress up and they say they emailed Sam's, but Sam's acts completely clueless. Now I'm still fighting to get my money back and I'm absolutely furious because Sam's had a junk removal company pick up the mattress. They'd rather send a brand new mattress to the landfill then let me donate it to charity. We are so done with Sam's, they suck.

Good mattress. Terrible Shipping

The mattress is fine, but Sam's Club needs to read this: Fed Ex Ground is doing you a disservice. The drivers left my delivery on the street next to my garbage cans after hurling it from the truck. I made it home to retrieve it just before the garbage man was due and would have taken it as part of the trash pickup. Online sellers, Sam's, Amazon, Wayfair - all of you - need to hear this: Fed Ex Ground is a terrible carrier.

1-Day In, Not Impressed

This is the second foam style mattress that we have purchased. We have the King Serta 12" Sleep-To-Go mattress in our master bedroom, which we really like and have had for over two years (also purchased at Sam's). We wanted to save money on a mattress (queen) for a spare bedroom, so we went with the Members Mark brand this time. It was pulled out of the package yesterday early afternoon, but after about 8 hours of expanding, it still appeared very lumpy. The edges are not expanding much and the mattress appears to be closer to 8-9", not 12" as advertised. I opted to sleep on the new mattress last night to test it out. This morning when I woke up, I felt I was sunken half-way into the mattress. I'm 6' and 215lbs. I've never had any issues with other mattresses in the past. The mattress is VERY soft, nowhere as firm or supportive as our Serta. I will give the mattress another 24 hours before returning it or contacting customer service to get any issues resolved.

Firm King. Love it!

After much research we chose this firm, king size mattress. After originally leaning towards a hybrid mattress with springs and foam, we are extremely pleased with our all foam mattress. IMO, the addition of springs just adds an unnecessary quality risk with the way these "bed in a box" mattresses are packed. We had concerns about returnability and felt that a Sam's Club product (Members Mark) would be more highly supported in case there were issues. This mattress gives firm support, yet is comfortable whether a side sleeper or back/stomach sleeper. Without a legitimate firm mattress we are subject to back discomfort. After 7 nights of use we are happy to say that we are extremely pleased with our choice.

THEY CHANGED THE QUALITY

So my partner and I originally purchased this one mattress in 2020. At the time, it was the most incredible mattress with great support- we couldn’t believe it was only $400. After owning it for two years we noticed the mattress wears down a lot quicker than what a mattress should and wanted to exchange it thinking it just may be a minor defect. Sam’s club was kind enough to exchange it for us behind their member mark lifetime warranty guarantee. When we got the new mattress we immediately could tell that it didn’t feel the same as the original one we purchased. We have it it a chance thinking it just needed a few days out of the box but unfortunately it just wasn’t the case.

Meh

This mattress is a year old. I paid $399 for it. It has already broken down on one side under the weight of a 165 lb man who does not move a lot during sleep due to disability. I have mattresses on adjustable beds that are older and have not yet broken down under my weight or the constant up and down of adjustment. I'm not very happy.
