The box had a small dent when we bought it but since the beds come vacuum sealed, I didn't think anything of it. The bed is slightly condensed on one corner but my son really needed a new mattress so we are keeping it. Overall, the bed is soft, comfy, and he loves it.

Our daughter graduated from college and moved out so we gave her all the furniture in her room. We were going to buy an air mattress for temporary use for guests but decided to get this mattress for them during the holidays. Everyone who slept on it commented on how comfortable it is. Definitely a good purchase and can now become permanent for guests visiting over the next few years.

Nice bed not as good of quality as the one I bought in this brand 4 years ago but still nice just. was wishing it was the same. It’s a little softer than the previous. Only perched a new one because wanted a bigger bed had a queen and just bought the king. Would still highly recommend. Just wanted to let everyone know it is quite a bit softer.

Decent mattress for our young boy as the other one he had was old and a newer memory foam mattress was a great idea. Only got 4 stars since mattress didnt fully expand like other reviews even after 72 hrs but for the sale price of 200, i couldn't beat that anywhere. He says its comfortable and sleeps good so we will keep it.

I returned a self-inflating mattress i had for 2 year s that collapse in the middle after 1 year. This mattress is promoted as being a hotel mid-firm mattress and It is the worst! You sink immediately into the mattress upon laying down. It has no support!!! It is also a self inflating mattress! I will be returning it once i can afford a REAL MATTRESS that requires 2 people to deliver it!!

Great value for the quality of mattress. We bought this for our daughter’s room. This is perfect for a young kid. The softness is a little plush for my liking but I prefer a firm bed, but it’s perfect softness right out of the box according to my wife and daighter.

The mattress we ordered is a little too rigid for my wife's liking... I think the plush would have been better for her comfort, but it wasn't available at the time. As for me, I can sleep on a rock, if I'm tired enough... I sleep just fine on the medium.

Worked in a jam. Picked up a mattress on the cheap after ours was ripped my movers. I also picked up 2 twin xl for 2 of my kids after they got new beds. I shoukd have known better for our adult bed. It was comfortable for a little over a year, then had noticeable dips and sag in the top layer. My partner and I both weigh between 140-150, so we aren't overly large people. Rotating the mattress didn't help prevent the sag. After 1.5 years my back couldn't take it anymore, and this mattress had to go. I'm also noticing a bit of sag in the 8 year old's mattress. She's under 100lbs AND doesn't live with us/sleep here full time. The top layer just doesn't hold up. No issues on the mattress for the 4yr old but... she's 4. Same thing there - that she doesn't sleep over at our place every night. Wishing I had just gotten innerspring mattresses for the kids, and gone back to our original mattress (Tuft and Needle) from the get go.

I bought a Nectar mattress at Sams Club and had to return it for a refund the following day. It was advertised as a Medium-Plush, but was so firm it was like sleeping on a cement slab. I had pain from pressure at several points on my body. I ended up buying this Member Mark memory foam mattress in the medium firmness, as there was not much to choose from at my club. Well, I can report that I am very happy I did. It feels so soft and comfortable, while at the same time being very supportive. I am comfortable on my back, sides, and stomach. No matter which sleep position I get into, I feel like I am sleeping on a cloud. I was pleasantly surprised I was able to get such a nice mattress for $400. It was $100 less than the Nectar and over $800 less than my previous mattress, which was not that good either. In fact, I had to use a memory foam mattress topper on it in order to use it. Thank you Sams Club for offering this great mattress!

We purchased this mattress to replace the Sealy Posturepedic mattress that was twice the cost and didn’t even last a year before sagging. We’ve had this one for close to a month and love it to this point. It did take a few nights to “break in” as other reviews have mentioned, but it is NOT hard as a rock as other reviews have said. I will return to this review when we get to the year mark and update it about the mattress durability.
