I guess our gust bed mattress was not exactly up to par. Ooops. Our daughter researched all the online foam mattresses and thought that this Member's Mark was the best quality for the right price. Set up was a snap. Really! After her first night on it, she described it as "amazing" . "Lifechanging" . She was not happy to report that it was better than her $2000 mattress at home. So, highly recommended!

I was a little bit on the skeptical side that this was going to be a 12 inch mattress when it came in. But after we got it out of the box and set up it lives up to its brand and description 100%. This was a new bed for our son's room (twin ultra plush) and he loves it. Sleeps so much better than he did on the old spring mattress. I would definitely recommend this mattress, it is very comfortable and easy to set up once it's out of the box it will take shape in 5 to 10 minutes. I love how easy it was to handle compared to a box mattress, like night and day. I do suggest getting a mattress cover or pad for it if you are buying for younger children since it is foam on top and will soak up everything.

It’s not at all what it’s described as. It does not feel cool at all as a matter of fact it gets pretty hot at night. Also it’s not very comfortable. I was told it expands a bit more as the 24 hrs hit well it’s still pretty thin and has this creases that stay once you lift it. When the mattress is set back to flat the creases remain on the mattress which in turn look like there’s something underneath the bedding once it’s made. Not to self go for the better brand even if it costs more

This mattress was much softer than I thought it would be. When I lay down, I sink a little. I would not advise using a fluffy pillow with this mattress. Could be good if you sleep on your back but not your side or stomach. The edges have a lot of give so if you're not careful you could easily roll out onto the floor. It was easy to put on the bed. But make sure you don't break the plastic before placing it in the desire location. Once air hits, it expands. Also, I don't get as hot in this mattress as I did my other. Since I just have a car and not a truck, it was easy to transport. Just shove the box in my back seat.

I had such high hopes for this mattress as I am a big time lover of the Members Mark brand.. however, this mattress did not prove its 4.5 star review. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt despite seeing reviews about the mattress only inflating to 10 inches but that has proven true in my case as well. The edges of the mattress remained compressed and the cover fabric was loose due to the lack of foam inflation. Sadly I will be returning this mattress.

Mattress is far too soft you will end up with severe neck pains. The mattress has completely compressed and now I am experiencing both neck and back pains. This all even though I didn't sit or sleep on it for 72 hrs. after opening. This scenario is absolutely absurd and very disappointing

We bought two of the XL Twin Firm mattresses. Before this purchase we had a sleep number bed. After20 years I still tossed and turned all night. With these new mattresses I placed a 1inch memory foam topper on them. I no longer toss and turn at night. So very comfortable on these mattresses. They came rolled and vacuum sealed in individual boxes. Never would have thought they would be this amazing. So glad we got them. Don't miss the sleep number at at.

Bought 2 Queen sized Hotel Premier mattresses several years ago and both are still like new with daily use. One replaced a 250 pound olympic queen pillow top deluxe top of the line mattress that was 20 years old. This new mattress, at a fraction of the cost, is just as comfortable. If it lasts half as long it will be a bargain. When opened in the morning it inflated completely by night with no noticeable outgassing smell. We would very much buy again!

Brought Queen size this 3 weeks ago, mattress is still only 10" not what is says 12" in final size when it expands. Too soft even though the box and Website says Medium . the person next to you can make you role towards them :D I bought 2 other mattress before, i bought King and Twin was not this soft , it was medium as it was stated. liked it so i bought this , could be diffective from manufacturing! not sure. this may go back to store.

I orginally purchased one of these beds with the adjustable base for my mother when she went into independent living. She absolutely loves it and my kids also love resting on grandma's bed. When we moved and my girls had outgrown their bunk beds, I bought two more. So, everyone loves their beds!
