I bought two rockers and a double rocker when these were first carried by Sams. We have had these on our covered front porch and they are rarely used and are more decorative in use. The double rocker started with one seat slat breaking (broke along a natural crack in the wood and since then two more have broken. (at the end of April 2018 I discovered a support number and spoke with a Sams Club help desk associate who put me immediately in phone touch with Rosa of "Fullrich Industries". At first she seemed willing to help and I sent pictures of the problem She responded the next day that the double rocker is no longer manufactured. I replied to her email the next day if she could at least send me some parts from the current rocker and I would take the time to make it work so I could try and regain the use of the rocker. Where else can you get teak slats from? I paid $200 for the double rocker.and have been very disappointed with its performance....may be one reason why it is no longer made. My email reply to her response was Totally Ignored. I waited a few days and replied again to her email which again was also totally ignored. I would have thought I would have at least received some sort of reply even if it would have been "sorry charlie" or a cost will be involved....but I didn't.......... just silence...It was "one and done" ......on the bright side I guess I now have some "rare" teak parts for my other two rockers if they are ever needed. I also work in "customer support" and I know some companies are very good at customer support and some companies just choose not to be. It is a choice. I am glad this forum exist so that i can share my disappointing experience with others and also I am able to vent a little bit of my frustration.

This is a very nice teak rocker and the price cannot be beat. I bought one several years ago that's still going strong and wanted another. Was happy to see that Sam's still carries them and that the quality is the same. Strongly recommend for anyone looking for a great chair at a terrific price.

We bought two of these teak rockers a couple months ago after debating" the purchase for about three years. Assembly seemed easy, and my wife and I both torqued the fasteners as tightly as we dared. The chairs were place in an uncovered "courtyard/porch" area here in sunny Arizona with intentions of moving them under cover in bad weather. That move was necessary only once so far. The chairs probably have ten hours of use on them so far, and they look and sound like they are falling apart! The sunken screw holes were capped with the provided wood plugs, and they were tapped in flush. Now we have to figure out how to remove the plus to tighten the screws again! This is going to be interesting, and it could cause some cosmetic damage. So, this is very disappointing. If/when we get the plugs removed, they won't be replaced! The chairs are comfy. Can't wait to make them serviceable again.

We bought two of these rockers for our daughter for Christmas for her front porch. She was ecstatic with the look and sturdiness of the product. The quality, finish and ergonomic build makes this rocker a 10/10. My parents have had a pair of these rockers on their porch for 5 years and they look just as good as the day they bought them. I would highly recommend them if you want a rocker that is going to last for years

Bought 2 Teak Porch Rocker chairs 5.5 years ago for front porch (covered & 6 ft. deep). Added a couple generic pads to seat and back for extra comfort and color. After 5 years, treated wood with a teak stain which really brightened and renewed beauty of these rockers. They are well built, wide, and seat height nice for our 6'+ tall family members. Delivery right to the home great and assembly was easy enough. Good quality for the price and a nice find. We use almost everyday during the Spring - Summer - Fall seasons.

We bought 2 of these rockers about a month ago. They arrived in great shape and well packaged. Before assembling I sanded parts with a fine sanding block. Then I liberally applied teak oil and let set for 30 minutes. I then hand rubbed the excess oil off and let stand to dry for 1 day. Assembly was a breeze and the chairs are beautiful with a natural teak wood color, enhancing the wood grain. The rockers are well constructed and in my opinion meet or exceed other rockers out there that are twice the price or more. We also purchased the "Members Mark" glider and LOVE this addition to our deck. We are so impressed with these rockers we ordered 2 more last week.

This is a great chair and it's very comfortable. It has curved lumbar slats, curved seats, and curved arms which are only found on very expensive chairs. I finished mine with Danish oil as it is on a covered porch and it's beautiful. The only negative thing is the manufacturer sanded a flat spot on the bottom runners for some reason, and it makes for a slightly bumpy rocker.

Bought these in late spring for my patio this summer. Loved the style and that it was supposedly grade A teak, however after just a couple of months, the back upright supports are splitting. Very hard to believe this is grade A teak. I have other teak benches that have been in my outside space for 13 years and there is virtually no breakdown of the teak (as it should be). Paid $169 each for a set of two and don’t expect much to be done about it. Very disappointed - they were beautiful for the couple of months they lasted.

I bought two of these rockers a year ago. Stained them with teak oil and they looked like a million bucks; nice enough for a living room. Still look quite good a year later. Assembly wasn't that difficult. A few holes did not line up exactly, but only took about a half hour per chair I added a little extra gorilla wood glue, and these are VERY solid. They get a ton of use on my front porch, and I have never heard a single squeak or groan out of either chair - even when my 275lb brother plops down after emptying my Frig. Great Chair. Very comfortable with a nice curved back for lumbar support. Highly recommended.

There were so many five stars for this rocker I ignored the ones that said theirs couldn't be assembled. I should've trusted the one star reviews. I ordered two and both have the same issue. I can't put the chairs together because the holes are so far off. They are going back. Now I have the headache of putting in the car and driving it to Sam's for a refund. I wish I had passed on this.
