Assembly required. One part was damaged during shipping. Manufacturer addressed it quickly and shipped a replacement part. We needed some extra wooden bungs due to an assembly mistake (it was my fault). The manufacturer addressed that issue too. Assembly was easy with just a screwdriver and rubber mallet. Comfy to sit in and looks good too!

I ordered two teak rockers and they arrived on time. Very easy to assemble. They are very well made, sturdy to sit in, comfortable and roomy. I couldn't be more pleased. I choose to stain mine as I am not crazy about the gray they turn if you leave them natural. You can see my attached pics for what they look like stained and non stained. I think they are beautiful.

Beautiful chairs that are easy to put together. I got 2 last year and 2 more this year. The older pair are turning the teak-grey which I prefer. My 6’4” husband loves their wide seat and durable feel. I love the lumbar support and classic, expensive look. To complete the look, I got 2 pairs of the Sam’s Club cushions.

These are really great rockers!! I have been looking for rockers for my front porch for 2 years.. they are either cheap and won’t last or the good ones cost a fortune. Shipping was fast, like 48 hours fast. Boxes were in decent shape and all the pieces were in tact. They were very simple to put together. After I did the first one, I had the next 3 assembled in less then 30 minutes. They are sturdy and well made. Very comfortable without cushions, and the back support is great. My husband is 6’3 and they are great for him as well. I would highly recommend these chairs!

I was quite surprised with the quality of these rockers! The assembly was not that difficult. Everything was supplied except the screwdriver and a rubber hammer, and the fit was exact. The chairs are comfortable and the finish means they will not be painted by us. Fine deal!

Love these chairs. Bought 2 a few years ago. Love them so much I bought 4 more this summer. Lower lumbar perfect for back. Curved seats are so comfortable.The perfect height. Very Sturdy, teakwood beautiful chairs well worth the money.

I’ve wanted this rocker ever since I sat in one in the store a few years ago. Finally bought it on line. Easily assembled. Beautiful wood. Wide seat. Everyone loves this chair!

Great rocking chairs! We bought 2 of these years ago, & just added 2 more! They last, even out in the weather, and are always comfortable!

I love the two rockers I bought BUT one is badly scratched on the inside back with ugly, disfiguring marks. Also, there are other scratches or markings on one of the rockers. My husband had already glued it in place when we noticed it might have been replaced by the manufacturer. We are very displeased. The glider was in good shape and we like it very much.

I received it and was so excited until I started putting it together and one of the pre-drilled holes on the base of the rocker was not done. I don’t know how to make a hole like the others being an older lady. So I asked Sam’s to make it right for me. I have called them four times and all I have to date is a promise to pick up the chair. No promise to replace it. I really want this chair but wonder if I ever will have one. It has been almost a month since I bought it
