I was worried that these would be uncomfortable and sit you straight up. I think I read every review before purchasing and still felt uneasy until we received them. Here is what I was looking for in the reviews and hopefully it will help you. 1. They are comfortable even without cushions 2. Tall men approved 3. The back has a lumbar bend that makes them so much more comfortable to sit in. 4. Have extra wood glue on hand. They give you a little bitty squirter and it doesn't go very far. 5. They are built well and only require 8 screws total..and yes, you'll have one extra of each screw and a peg. 6. Get teakwood oil. It is a must and you will be glad you did. Their color really pops after applying and it will save your investment. 7. Save yourself time and buy a $10 pump sprayer and use any type of sponge to spread if necessary. I used a sponge roller but it was very tedious to get a good coat between the slats. My second chair looks better with the coating applied with a pump sprayer. It will require 24 hours to dry and maybe some extra time depending on how heavy the coat you applied. 8. These chairs are totally worth the risk if you are questioning them and I bet you will enjoy them as much as we do. I hope my perspective helps and I have not been paid to give it to you. I was quite surprised with the quality of these rockers! The assembly was not that difficult. Everything was supplied except the screwdriver and a rubber hammer, and the fit was exact. The chairs are comfortable and the finish means they will not be painted by us. Fine deal!

These are really great rockers!! I have been looking for rockers for my front porch for 2 years.. they are either cheap and won’t last or the good ones cost a fortune. Shipping was fast, like 48 hours fast. Boxes were in decent shape and all the pieces were in tact. They were very simple to put together. After I did the first one, I had the next 3 assembled in less then 30 minutes. They are sturdy and well made. Very comfortable without cushions, and the back support is great. My husband is 6’3 and they are great for him as well. I would highly recommend these chairs!

Needed substantial modifications to assemble. Legs would not fit into rocker. Chair is nowhere’s as substantial as the teak rocker I purchased from Sams approximately 20 yrs ago

Love these chairs. Bought 2 a few years ago. Love them so much I bought 4 more this summer. Lower lumbar perfect for back. Curved seats are so comfortable.The perfect height. Very Sturdy, teakwood beautiful chairs well worth the money.

I love the rockers that I bought assembled at Sams Stores, BUT...the rockers bought online were UNASSEMBLED, and I am 80 years old and cannot put them together. The online catalog neglected to make it clear that assembly was required. Now what?

Very sturdy, well made rocking chairs. Bought a pair of these for my son's new house. Large but not too big, but fits him at 6'3" and his wife at 5'3" both very well.

Perfect Rocker. I've had 2 of these for 5 years and love them. Just bought two more. I primmed and painted mine white. I know I could have purchased similar rockers that are already painted but they are not Teak and Teak is a better-quality wood. It does take two people to put them together but it's very easy to do. They are so comfortable too. I recommend buying them.
