trash after a few months outside. all joints are coming loose.

I have only had mine for a short time.  Took the advice of another reviewer and oiled them with Teak Oil.  They are solid and beautiful.

Great Value

The holes don’t line up. Garbage! After spending almost an hour trying to assemble them, we gave up. Returned them.

I received it and was so excited until I started putting it together and one of the pre-drilled holes on the base of the rocker was not done. I don’t know how to make a hole like the others being an older lady. So I asked Sam’s to make it right for me. I have called them four times and all I have to date is a promise to pick up the chair. No promise to replace it. I really want this chair but wonder if I ever will have one. It has been almost a month since I bought it

I was worried that these would be uncomfortable and sit you straight up. I think I read every review before purchasing and still felt uneasy until we received them. Here is what I was looking for in the reviews and hopefully it will help you. 
1. They are comfortable even without cushions 
2. Tall men approved 
3. The back has a lumbar bend that makes them so much more comfortable to sit in. 
4. Have extra wood glue on hand. They give you a little bitty squirter and it doesn’t go very far. 
5. They are built well and only require 8 screws total..and yes, you’ll have one extra of each screw and a peg. 
6. Get teakwood oil. It is a must and you will be glad you did. Their color really pops after applying and it will save your investment. 
7. Save yourself time and buy a $10 pump sprayer and use any type of sponge to spread if necessary. I used a sponge roller but it was very tedious to get a good coat between the slats. My second chair looks better with the coating applied with a pump sprayer. It will require 24 hours to dry and maybe some extra time depending on how heavy the coat you applied. 
8. These chairs are totally worth the risk if you are questioning them and I bet you will enjoy them as much as we do.
