I purchased two of these rockers. The quality control was significantly different between the rockers. The first rocker had very tight fitting assembly points. The second rocker had sloppy fitting assembly points. The holes for the curved rocker were so oversized that there was not even a friction fit of the rocker to the side frame. Also, one of curved rockers was missing the two screw holes. Fortunately, I had the required equipment to drill holes. I felt like each rocking chair was manufactured at different plants. Some stickers came off easily. Other stickers were very difficult and time consuming to remove. Too bad the manufacturer does not use all stickers that are easy to remove. Normally I am very satisfied with my purchases from Sam’s Club. This is the first time I have been so disappointed with a purchase from Sam’s Club.

Bought these in late spring for my patio this summer. Loved the style and that it was supposedly grade A teak, however after just a couple of months, the back upright supports are splitting. Very hard to believe this is grade A teak. I have other teak benches that have been in my outside space for 13 years and there is virtually no breakdown of the teak (as it should be). Paid $169 each for a set of two and don’t expect much to be done about it. Very disappointed - they were beautiful for the couple of months they lasted.

We have our 4 teak rockers outside in the elements for over a year, uncovered on the patio. They are aging well. I’m not crazy about the comfort level. They should pitch backwards more when you sit in it… the way it is designed puts too much pressure on your tailbone/seat bones. If you sit in a really good rocker like a hand made bentwood rocker, you will instantly feel the difference. Really needs (large) bottom seat cushions. With shipping and tax, we paid roughly $200 a rocker x 4 chairs, and I wish I had chosen differently.

Bought 2 rockers and the teak glider. Went back and got 2 more rockers, and replaced our entire patio seating. Very comfortable, high backs, easy to get out of. Our old patio furniture sat too low, and was very hard to get out of. We don't think we could beat the quality and price of these teak rockers. The glider is nice as well. They were also very easy to put together, 4 wood screws & 6 machine screws. All parts fit together perfectly...good quality.

Bought 2 Teak Porch Rocker chairs 5.5 years ago for front porch (covered & 6 ft. deep). Added a couple generic pads to seat and back for extra comfort and color. After 5 years, treated wood with a teak stain which really brightened and renewed beauty of these rockers. They are well built, wide, and seat height nice for our 6'+ tall family members. Delivery right to the home great and assembly was easy enough. Good quality for the price and a nice find. We use almost everyday during the Spring - Summer - Fall seasons.

We bought two of these teak rockers a couple months ago after debating" the purchase for about three years. Assembly seemed easy, and my wife and I both torqued the fasteners as tightly as we dared. The chairs were place in an uncovered "courtyard/porch" area here in sunny Arizona with intentions of moving them under cover in bad weather. That move was necessary only once so far. The chairs probably have ten hours of use on them so far, and they look and sound like they are falling apart! The sunken screw holes were capped with the provided wood plugs, and they were tapped in flush. Now we have to figure out how to remove the plus to tighten the screws again! This is going to be interesting, and it could cause some cosmetic damage. So, this is very disappointing. If/when we get the plugs removed, they won't be replaced! The chairs are comfy. Can't wait to make them serviceable again.

I bought two of these rockers a year ago. Stained them with teak oil and they looked like a million bucks; nice enough for a living room. Still look quite good a year later. Assembly wasn't that difficult. A few holes did not line up exactly, but only took about a half hour per chair I added a little extra gorilla wood glue, and these are VERY solid. They get a ton of use on my front porch, and I have never heard a single squeak or groan out of either chair - even when my 275lb brother plops down after emptying my Frig. Great Chair. Very comfortable with a nice curved back for lumbar support. Highly recommended.

There were so many five stars for this rocker I ignored the ones that said theirs couldn't be assembled. I should've trusted the one star reviews. I ordered two and both have the same issue. I can't put the chairs together because the holes are so far off. They are going back. Now I have the headache of putting in the car and driving it to Sam's for a refund. I wish I had passed on this.
