I bought this lunch box about 10 months ago. It is perfect box to keep my daughter's lunch hot or cold. I reach out with instruction on cleaning it. The Bentgo team replied quickly. They were very knowledgeable about what to us and the outcome of those products. When the steps they suggested didn't work they stepped in. I appreciate companies like this. I will continue to support Bentgo.

This is our second Bentgo. Our child used the smaller style for for 4 years (same box all 4 years) and it's still going strong, but a bigger lunch was required for a growing child! When we needed a new bento the first place we looked was Bentgo - we've been very pleased with the Bentgo Fresh. The removable divider is very helpful and the gaskets around each compartment do a great job preventing leaks from one area to another. Highly recommend the Bentgo boxes!

We have been using bentgo boxes for over 5 years. They are the perfect portion sizes for meals while traveling with our two kids, ages 3 and 5.5. We own 5 boxes, after 5 years of use and many drops, tosses and falls, one of the inner trays slipped from a hand while packing and hit the floor just wrong and cracked. Even after all those years, bentgo customer service was amazing and offered a replacement.

My kid loves this Bentgo Lunch Box. He shows it to his friend at school because of the great pictures on the Bentgo Lunch Box. The separation on the box is also great to keep food fresh and organize. Another great thing is their customer care is the best. They are care about their customer!

We have been using bentgo boxes for the last two years for my son's lunch for school. We have been so pleased with how they keep all his food separate, even fruit that has juice stays put in its spot and doesn't leak out of the box and onto his lunch bag or into other items in his lunch. Definitely recommend these boxes!

We’ve been using bentgo for almost 2 years now. It makes lunch time so simple. I pack them for school and even for my toddler on days she’s home. I’m able to fit a wide variety of foods for them to keep them full and they’re always excited to see what’s in their lunch at school! I couldn’t imagine using any other containers now!

I purchased the Bentgo Kids Prints Lunchbox for my daughter I could not be happier with my purchase! We got it in the puppy love print to match her Bentgo lunch bag, ice packs, water bottle, utensils and backpack. We did the mermaid scale print when she was in Montessori school through 1st grade and for 2nd grade this year, we went with the puppy print. She usually packs things like hummus, ketchup and yogurt and she doesn’t have to worry about them leaking in her lunch because the lunch box is leakproof. The tray is also microwaveable so we can heat up leftover lunch. It’s a great way to make sure she eats a healthy variety of foods and it keeps her eating for a while! We’ve been using Bentgo products for a while now. It’s also dishwasher friendly! I love how the rubber edges protect the box when dropped as well! She even wants to pack it on weekends lol. My son recieved this as a gift and loved it! It make packing lunch a breeze but I was disappointed when I noticed dark spots on the inside and the lining was coming up in places. I reached out to customer service and they got me set with a replacement

Purchased these a year ago after reading so much praise on different websites and forums. I purchased them through a warehouse retailer and they came as a set of 3, green, blue, purple. I have 3 kids in Elementary school so purchased 2 sets to switch day/night washings. My kids love packing their own lunches and easily fill the sections which help with portions. We love that a WHOLE sandwich fits. My oldest may need a bigger adult one when he goes to middle school next year. I love that I’m not using a bunch of plastic bags or containers anymore for their lunches. These bentgo boxes have saved us time and money! Cons: the divider can easily slide out. We found my son had thrown his away in the trash once. Small drink/juice cartons do not fit. Instead we had to switch to drink pouches, and because you can squish them they fit. The shell gets easily scratched and dented on the playground asphalt after lunch and can sometimes be sharp. Some chips will stain the inner seals: like bbq and cheese flavored. Of all the times we’ve used them, they only leaked twice; once with watermelon and once with frozen strawberries.

I bought a three pack of the Bentgo kid boxes at the beginning of the school year in September, it is now mid-October and two of them have small mold spots despite being hand washed on the daily. I would suggest that anybody who buys these takes extra precautions like weekly bleach soaks, scrubbing off the rubber seals, etc. because hand washing with soap and water isn’t enough. My kids love them though so we will push through and continue to make them work.
