I’ve loved Bentgo since I was gifted one a few years back. That one got lost during a move, so I had to replace it when my kid started school. Within just a few months, the closure snaps started to disintegrate, and when I contacted customer support, I got an immediate response letting me know I’d have my replacement within days and that I didn’t need to take any further action. Not only did they get the replacement to me with no issue, it arrived within just a few days right during Christmas, the busiest shipping time of the year! I really appreciate the way Rosa was able to help me so quickly and easily. I was a little annoyed at first when the snaps began to fall apart but mainly because I know these to be good quality products. Bentgo backs that up with their customer service and replacement policy.

We have used other bento boxes in the past with removeable parts, and this one is great for the fact that it is all contained together. We love the ability to just put it in the dishwasher at night so its ready the next day. No complaints, other than my son not shutting the clasp all the way when he is done eating which can make a mess, so if you have very young kids you may not want to put liquids inside.

Love our Bentgo… we use it all the time. The compartments are all different sized which allows me to send a variety of snacks. My son can open and close the clips with ease and it’s easy to wash. Have never had a leak or a “spill over” from one compartment to another. I’d highly recommend

The different sections are great. I really like my food separated. The sections are nice sizes. I have been able to always fit what I want to put in it without a problem. I love the color as well. Nice and sturdy doesn't feel flimsy. I enjoy taking my lunches in it. It's really easy to just carry. Food always stays in sections never had an issue. Overall great product.

I was first hesitant to purchase this as I wanted something a little bigger. But when I received it, I didn't realize the size was perfect. I absolutely love the the little touches, such as, each compartment is sealed individually and not as a whole. Also having rubber on the outside of it keeps it from falling out of the fridge as we are a household of 6 and is constantly in the fridge. Will definitely buy again, if I ever need to.

Dividers stay separated and food things don't mix even when being thrown around. The case lid flips open and over to provide good access. Firm solid hinges built to last.

We love this Bentgo Kids bento style lunch box! It has been perfect for my daughter since she started using it at age 3 for dinners that we pack and take with us and preschool lunches. Though the individual pockets looks small, they hold a lot, and it is so nice to be able to provide a variety of foods in the 5 sections of the box. It really gives her the freedom to pick and choose her favorites, which helped us overcome a few picky eater stages. I really enjoyed using it myself too as a on-the-go adult charcuterie box. It really has been the best for our family!

Hi there we just got our first bento box, and my son is obsessed! He just started outdoor school and they have to have their lunches in a bento box and I'm so glad we found your product it has made our lives so much easier! He loves eating out of his Bento box so much that he now requests it at dinner and in the car ha! thank you for making such a great product! We purchased 3 at the beginning of the school year and the kids love them. They are the perfect portion size, they do not leak, they are super cute, and fit perfect in a regular lunch box. Make sure that you are letting them dry fully before closing for storage
