We finally decided to invest in a Bentgo and my two year old loves it! He enjoys packing his lunch in the different compartments and eats with more interest than when food is presented on his usual plate. This came to an abrupt halt when we dropped and cracked the inner portion of the box. I had low expectations for customer service so I put off reaching out for several weeks—but, was I wrong! Customer service was so quick to respond with simple directions for sharing the necessary information about my issue. They quickly offered to send a replacement in the mail! Im very happy with the warranty.

I bought a three pack of the Bentgo kid boxes at the beginning of the school year in September, it is now mid-October and two of them have small mold spots despite being hand washed on the daily. I would suggest that anybody who buys these takes extra precautions like weekly bleach soaks, scrubbing off the rubber seals, etc. because hand washing with soap and water isn’t enough. My kids love them though so we will push through and continue to make them work.

My kid is a grazer so this lunch box holds the right amount and variety of food, especially for a quick 20-minute lunchtime. The compartments never leak and the weight of it filled is not too heavy to carry for my 2nd grader. We have several other lunch boxes (some with thermos inserts), and Bentgo is the best of both worlds of leakproof, overall weight, with no fiddly lids to lose. However, after prolonged use I noticed the rubber-coated edge of the main compartment started to degrade. Maybe due to acidity of the food or heat exposure? Even though I purchased the lunch box over two-and-a-half years ago (outside of their warranty), Bentgo's customer service has offered to send me a replacement as a one-time courtesy!

These lunchboxes are great. They are large enough to fit anything I need for my kids as well as use them for myself. They clean very easily at the end of the day to be ready for the next with some simple handwashing, but also work well in the dishwasher. I use them every single day.

This lunchbox has been a life saver for me! I love how I’m able to give my daughter a variety of different options for lunch. It also helps with visually seeing everything you’re preparing for your child daily to make sure your providing them a balanced diet everyday at school.

Our whole family loves these lunchboxes. They are easy for my 4 and 6 year old to use and I even use them for my work lunches! They haven’t leaked or broken in the last few years and are so durable! You won’t be disappointed with the Bentgo products and their customer service!

We've used these for 2 kids and they are super-functional. Keeps all of the foods separate (a MANDATORY for our 7-year old), really easy to clean and no chance for any rusts of parts from frequent washing. We had one fall from a high shelf (8 feet) and the inside cracked -- customer service was super-responsive.

I am so glad I discovered these lunch boxes! As a busy mom to three school age boys, anything that can make my mornings easier I am all for! After years of trying off brand bento style lunch boxes, a friend recommended bentgo. I am so impressed! They hold the perfect remount of food for 2 younger my kiddos (ages 6,8), cleaning them is such a breeze, they can easily open/close them and the best part they are LEAK PROOF! I’ve packed both dipping sauces and yogurt with no transfer or leakage. They fit perfectly into LLBEAN and wildkin lunchboxes, are lightweight but still quite sturdy and I love that they have a 2 year warranty (I know my kids are hard on stuff so that made the price even more worth it!). So instead of being like me and cycling through a million “off brand” boxes advertised we kids bentos… buy a bentgo and save yourself lots of time and frustration! We love our Bentgo Fresh. The customization of the compartments is awesome. Some days, my child wants leftovers and others a sandwich. I like that we can do either with this lunchbox. It is leakproof when closed completely, which is great for things like applesauce and yogurt. My partner takes this box some days too and he loves that he can fit his whole lunch in here for busy days at work as a first responder.

I love this lunch box, it's nice that when I put a sauce in it, it doesn't leak into other compartments. It's great to make bento box, my son doesn't like eating just one thing for lunch, he likes having a few option and the box is good for that. It's also easy to open and close.
