I was given a Bentgo Box as and end of year gift from a student. By accident I lost the divider piece. I emailed Bentgo and they promptly responded. I am so pleased with the service and the quality of this lunchbox. It’s is sturdy, easy to clean and fun to use. I love it and want to buy more colors.

I have an older model without the prints but this is a great lunch box that I used for my kid who was a preschooler until 1st grade. Now I have moved on with a larger box. It is perfect for her to fit her regular meal, fruits, snacks, vitamins. She never complained of any leaks or messes and a great size!

This lunchbox is perfect for my daughter who is a picky eater. I love that it has different size of compartments where I can put small portions of treats and fruits. I've tried different lunch boxes and this is our favorite, the rubber really helps to make the food fresh and secure each food in the the compartments. Really recommended!

The design of the compartments are perfect as it keeps me from putting too much food in their lunch that they won't eat. I also like the many design options that are available to select. I’m in love with my bentgo lunchboxes! I ordered two, and both of them closed kind of weird so I emailed bentgo to see if I could return them without the packaging (because I was SO excited I ripped it open like a kid on Xmas) and they sent me replacements right away! Angelou in customer service is lovely and I’m in love with my new lunchboxes! I have trouble eating large amounts of food so I got the kids box (and in unicorn print, cause I’m an adult and I can have a unicorn lunchbox if I want one) and it’s PERFECT. Perfect portions and roomy enough for my needs! I can’t recommend bentgo enough!

I had gone through several lunch boxes for my son, but ended up throwing out useless plastic before the school year was over. It wasn’t until I found the Bentgo lunchbox that I truly recovered my love for lunch packing! This lunch box is great for salads, sandwhiches, meals, and has yet to dismay me as to how neat it keeps everything inside from spilling! Truly a great buy!!The customer service department was also very helpful when it came to my inquiries.

We have had this for about a year now and it's easy for my kids to pack their own lunches because they use the compartments as a guide for healthy food choices. Entree, fruit, veggie, something crispy, and usually use the middle circle for cut up cheese. The only issue we have had is the rubber seal getting mold on it but customer service has been easy to work with.

My both daughters have 2 Bentgo boxes each. They last forever! They wash well. I noticed when I washed it this last time around a piece that the latch clicks onto is breaking. I call Bentgo customer service, they are sending me a replacement box! Excellent products and fantastic customer service! My kids like their products so much with the colors!!!!
