I’ve been searching for chicken that could compare with Home Chef chicken. We tried the most expensive chicken from Whole Foods, Central Market, etc., to no avail. Then I stumbled on this chicken and it is hands down the most tender and flavorful chicken I’ve found. In addition to being ultra convenient since it’s packaged 2 breasts to a pouch, it’s also much less expensive!

I have been buying these for years. Today, when I picked up a package, it was wet with chicken juice. So I put that one in the back corner, and I picked up another. It was also wet and sticky/slimy. I carefully chose a dry package. When I got home and pulled the glue apart, I noticed that one pouch had no liquid in it at all like the other three did. I will not be eating those two breasts. I don't know what is going on with the packaging, but they need to do better with it. Also, I like the perforations down one axis, but why didn't they put perforations on both axes so you could pull each pouch away on its own?

Used to love this chicken but chicken is really slimy lately and has really tough pieces in the breast. Not worth what you pay for it anymore.

Only chicken I will buy. It is always clean from fat and perfectly sized. Taste is fresh and delicious.

We switched to Forester's chicken breasts a while back when even my teenage granddaughter complained about the taste and all of the stuff coming out of another well-known brand of chicken breasts. We haven't bought anything else since!

This is the best frozen chicken available at Sam's club, has (i believe) <5% natural water from processing (not injected with solution) and cooks up pretty tender in a slow cooker. Not as good as fresh, but very convenient to keep on hand.
