Agree with the other reviews. This was never tough always turned out tender and juicy. The members mark chicken often woody and tough.

This chicken is amazing and the MM crap they replaced it with isn't worth buying. Slowly running out of reasons to make the trip to Sam's.

We love this chicken & have purchased it exclusively since we discovered during the pandemic. Lately, for at least a couple weeks, it has been out of stock. I hope it has not been discontinued. There is no substitute for its quality!

So far, this chicken has good texture and flavor; however, watch out when trying to separate the packages. There are perforations that don't tear easily or cleanly. Use a pair of scissors instead.

Bought on 3/19/24. Sell by date of 3/24/24. Opened and cooked 2 pouches on 3/21/24. Looked very nice, and very little trimming needed. However, my wife said it had an odor as if it were old. Browned and cooked in a casserole. Tasted ok, but hard telling the chicken's true flavor with so many other items & spices in the casserole, although the texture & flavor seemed good. True test will come after defrosting the next 2 pouches and grilling them. May leave further feedback then. Unsure yet of future purchases.

I liked this chicken but the last several times we got it it was not good quality. It had a weird slime after cooking it and strange layers within the breast. Something isn't right with the consistency of the chicken too. I threw it out. Won't buy it again.

This is the only chicken breasts I will buy. If you look at their website it is a family owned company who treat the chicken's good, and they have access to outside. No added hormones or antibiotics. This is the only good chicken my family can afford, would definately recommend this product!
