I love everything about Sam. The food is delicious, the prices are great and when you make a mistake in ordering an item, they go above and beyond to accommodate you with the best possible solution.

I ordered online and went through the entire customization process. Unfortunately it doesn’t show the customization so now I have to call and verify the bakery has that.

Online we chose the whipped frosting and got buttercream instead. When we called the store, we were told that a manager would contact us about a refund or replacement. This ruined my spouse’s 50th birthday party!

The bakery attendant was super sweet and walked me through the ordering on the app process... So patient and friendly... Cupcakes were super tasty.. perfect for our birthday celebration.

The online options for ordering are not good. They should at least add a comment section so customers can add comments about the order. Otherwise, Sams will not have the success with bakery orders they could have.

I appreciate the ability to customize the cupcakes in terms of flavors, frosting colors, and decorations. A cheap option is always appreciated. That being said, I would never buy these again in my life. They were practically flavorless balls of sugar, and the grainy frosting was downright unappetizing, to the point that I ended up scraping it off after two bites. Yet despite only having a small amount of frosting, I was seeing blue for two days after eating one - there is a tremendous amount of dye in the blue frosting options and your stomach will make sure you see it for a few days when you use the bathroom after even having a taste.

Don't bother ordering from the bakery it won't be there . I ordered 48 cupcakes for the day before my son's graduation party and when I went to pick them up they were not there . They did not offer any restitution and pretty such too bad can't help you... I had already paid for them.

Very good, and great price. But I wish they would let you custom order half with buttercream and half with whipped icing. And the cart needs to show the customized details. If you have several customized differently, and need to change one, you'd have to delete all and start over.

The cupcakes were absolutely delicious! It was moist and the icing so perfectly uniformed
