Excellent cupcakes; easy order and pickup process; delicious cupcakes that stayed moist for days. Only criticism would be to offer more decorations than simply different versions of sprinkles

The main thing is that my order was ready when promised. You don't see GOOD CUSTMER SERVICE nowadays, it's usually the opposite. Plus they tasted great.

It was easy to select mixed white and chocolate cupcakes and to decorate them to match the occasion. Ordering online was a breeze and Sam’s let me know when they were easy for pickup, which was also easy.

They were just not the usual awesome cupcakes. The frosting tasted different. Cupcakes were not as fresh. This is where we normally get our cupcakes. Disappointed

These cupcakes were good to go with the wedding cake we also got! Tasty, like all the Sam's Club bakery items are. And decorated 100% to our specifications. All within our small budget as well. We couldn't be happier!

The cupcakes were great! I needed them without sprinkles because of an adverse reaction to dyes in the sprinkles. The person that helped get them for me was very nice and helpful.

These cupcakes are delicious. People always comment on how good the cake is. I prefer buttercream icing if over whipped. Even the chocolate cupcakes are good. Never dry.

I placed my cupcake order for the wrong date, however the wonderful ladies in the bakery were still able to accommodate me with a smile! That’s top tier customer service!

I couldn’t get them out of the packaging without smearing the frosting. By the time I had them all out and situated, they looked like crap. Typical cake flavor and frosting tasted a little chemically.

These cupcakes were really good and the process to order and pick up was relatively easy. I would say the colors were not what I was hoping for; but, we made it work.
