Moist and delicious. These cupcakes get a 10/10. My only complaint is that 30 is not enough and too many at the same time. We don't have as many chocolate cake lovers as white cake lovers so the half and half always leaves us with an excess in chocolate cupcakes that no one in home will eat. But it seems extra wasteful to buy another 30 cupcakes. The perfect answer was the 5 and dime that they got rid of. PLEASE BRING THE 5 AND DIME BACK!

I used to order cupcakes n cakes in store. It was easy and very convenient to be able to explain the baker what I want and customize. Now, with the option to only order online, the options are very limited and the process is tedious. I really hope Sams Club go back to the in person in store ordering.

I don’t know why Sam Club made it so difficult to order cakes or cupcakes now. Now you only have the option of 2 colors of icing for the 30 cupcakes. Please go back to the way things were. I don’t foresee myself ordering any more cakes or cupcakes because my options are very limited now.

I ordered cupcakes half yellow frosting with glitter and chocolate frosting with glitter. They were so gorgeous for my girls joint party, the guests complimented them and asked where I ordered them from. They were delicious, perfectly made and everyone loved them.

We find that Sam's Club cupcakes are probably the best cupcakes we can buy for our medium to large gatherings. We have been buying them for years and have noticed that they too have become a victim of shrinkflation as they used to be bigger in size. In addition, we would love to be able to purchase a complete tray of vanilla with white icing like we used to. Nevertheless, they are still our go to for cupcakes.

Don’t rely on the app for custom cupcakes. I ordered all the things I wanted, and I got vanilla cupcakes with white frosting no decorations I ordered white and teal frosting with special sprinkles disappointing on the day of the birthday party they could not correct it.

These cupcakes were so delicious! They were very easy to order. The lady that went to go get them, it took her like half a minute. It was nice and fast. I think it took longer to walk back to the bakery lol I was in and out so fast. Everyone talked about how yummy they were. And came up for 2nds and 3rds.

These cupcakes are soft and delicious. They are a good value for the money. It’s helpful that I was able to get 2 inner trays, one with chocolate and one with vanilla. It was easy to carry the large outer container and the frosting didn’t get messed up during the trip.

I purchased these cupcakes at Sam’s Club in El Paso, TX (Pellicano). Sadly, my cupcakes were dry and tasted stale. When I arrived for my order at the designated pickup time they weren’t frosted yet and I noticed they were left on a counter , uncovered, since who knows when . I was sure it was probably to let them cool off but after tasting them I’m convinced they had been there for hours. One bite from my guests and most cupcakes were left uneaten or barely eaten. It was quite embarrassing to serve these at my special event.

the bakery department is useless ...the Manager that was there that day i went she has no business being back there ... Diana told me one thing on the phone and when i got there she was no where to be found...i was late to the party and she " told me she would make them and she didnt and when i got there they were, not ready not even a note left for who ever was coming in I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SAMS BAKERY AGAIN.... and they made me pay twice.
