The cupcakes were amazing n The only hiccup was I was supposed to get 60 cupcakes! I had prepaid! My parents picked them up for a surprise party for my husband… only 30 cupcakes were given to my dad! I was refunded the money… but the cupcakes being at the party would have been better!!

I ordered cupcakes for my daughter’s 8th birthday party. We went for a simple half vanilla half chocolate with sprinkles. When we picked up the order all the cupcakes were only frosted, no sprinkles. The lady helping me tried telling me I didn’t order sprinkles, which required me pulling up my order to show her I did. After showing her the order confirmation in my email, she asked if I still wanted sprinkles, and with an attitude took the cupcakes from me and aggressively topped my cupcakes with sprinkles. I know it was only sprinkles, but my daughter picked out what she wanted for her cupcakes. I was disappointed that the cupcakes weren't completed as ordered, but even more disappointed that it was an inconvenience to make the order right. On a positive note, the cupcakes were delicious and I would order cupcakes again.

Decided to purchase these last minute for my son 3rd birthday. I usually get my friend to make them but she was busy with other things. I ended up purchasing these and they were great. Moist, not too sweet. I will definitely use them again for future events.

Sam's cupcakes are hard to beat. You have a decent number of topping options. They are always fresh and taste amazing! Did I mention how reasonable they are for fresh customized cupcakes??!! I've ordered these for many occasions, and everyone is always impressed by how good they are.

Moist and delicious. These cupcakes get a 10/10. My only complaint is that 30 is not enough and too many at the same time. We don't have as many chocolate cake lovers as white cake lovers so the half and half always leaves us with an excess in chocolate cupcakes that no one in home will eat. But it seems extra wasteful to buy another 30 cupcakes. The perfect answer was the 5 and dime that they got rid of. PLEASE BRING THE 5 AND DIME BACK!

We ordered these in advance. The color options we picked were orange, green and pink. When I picked up the cupcakes. The colors didn’t match what we picked out. The green was Neon (didn’t match the darker green we had chosen) and we pick a bright pink and what we got was dull pink. I didn’t call to deal with it because it was one days before the party I needed em for and it was a hassle already.

These cupcakes are soft and delicious. They are a good value for the money. It’s helpful that I was able to get 2 inner trays, one with chocolate and one with vanilla. It was easy to carry the large outer container and the frosting didn’t get messed up during the trip.

Sams's has taken away the ability to customize cakes and cupcakes. This is very disappointing as we have been ordering custom cakes and cupcakes for over 20 years. Everything still tastes great, but we will have to start purchasing elsewhere due to not being able to fully customize.

The cupcakes were delicious. However, the order was not correct when we picked it up. We ordered half chocolate and half vanilla cupcakes and got all chocolate. Bakery staff was gone by pickup time but the manager went above and beyond to get us vanilla cupcakes and frost them perfectly at closing time in time for the wedding. Her customer service was excellent in a stressful situation.

I call to confirm my order the morning of the event and was told that my order would be ready. They gave me the wrong flavor cupcakes and told me that they had run out of vanilla cake mix and all they had was chocolate. I was told by the manager that I could get my money back, I had no choice but to accept them as it was the day of the event. Absolutely no one ate the cupcakes and I still have them on my counter. Very disappointed. My order was prepaid and confirmed. I won’t be ordering anything from Sam’s in Southaven MS again.
