So dissapointed- it had so little meat in it 3 slices might make one of even the cheapest bacon. If you are looking for grease to deep fry in - this might be for you.

The bacon was about expired when i got home and opened to cook. I had to throw the other pack away. I guess that is why it was marked down.. 20.00 gone.. Very disappointed. No one would be able to go thru a double pack in 2 weeks.

We like all the Wright bacon varieties. However, for sometime the cherry and applewood have not been available. Glad to see the applewood back in the case!

This is my go to bacon for everyday cooking and using in recipes. the applewood gives it a wonderful flavor and I love the way it doesn't disappear into nothing when cooking. and it makes wonderful BLT's

We tried the Applewood smoked for the first time about a month ago. We liked it so much I decided to grab the 2-2lb package at my last in store visit. So glad I did we’ve really enjoyed the change to the Applewood smoked bacon. Made a great BLT!

I have bought this many times, but the quality on my last two purchases has really gone down. Sliceses are not consistent some very thin and some very thick. Just poor quality.

This thick cut bacon is good but not for keto ir carnivore. The exact ingredients are not listed and the taste is very sweet more like ham than bacon.🥓

Best bacon around. Prefer the applewood smoke as it gives the meat a wonderful mellow flavor. The price has gone up, 'to much.' So purchases are less frequent.

Wrights Applewood smoked bacon is the best bacon. I love bacon but if I can’t have Wrights Applewood smoked bacon then I normally will not have bacon. It freezes well and I have backup in the freezer if Sams does not have it. While I often see the Hickory version, I wait for the Applewood smoked version. I will pay more for Wrights Applewood smoked bacon at HEB before I will buy another brand or version.

Something different about the latest purchase - flavor was off and did not have the normal Applewood finish. Bought 2 packs - both tasted different than previous purchases which have been good. May try one more time but if the same flavor profile as this time - won't buy again.
