Digital Control panel adds a lot of extra steps to drying clothes. First, you have to turn it on by holding start arrow several seconds, then you have to dial through the various modes (there are a lot), then you have to push and hold start. If you want "wrinkle prevent", (which you do, as most loads end up wrinkled without it) you have to then hold the options button several seconds, and then rotate through to wrinkle prevent option, then click OK. This is PER load, you cannot set the wrinkle prevent to run every load. With my old dryer I just threw the clothes in, my settings were always set to sensor dry and wrinkle prevent, and pushed start, one button! Also, at least 50 % of my loads are not completely dry, so either the sensor dry not working correctly, or I haven't figured something out. I do love the brushed navy color and the style.

I was skeptical of how easy to use this unit would be without the multitude of dials and buttons on a typical dryer but I found that the smart dial and selector not only provides just as many options as the standard dryer configuration but provides more. With the number of added settings that can be added through the options menu, the ease of configuration with the SmartThings app, and the AI sense feeding it data from the washing machine, it has made the laundry simpler. This device has made laundry much simpler and faster. This has also one of the best lint traps I have come across. Much cleaner and hygenic that I've seen on a typical dryer.

I really like the steam sanitize feature, say goodbye to germs and bacteria. I love that I can connect my phone and it will tell me how long i have left. It's easy to dial in whatever settings you want for the cycle with the large rotating dial. Overall, it seems like it's built well and should last a long time. Love the design of the machine. I would recommend this dryer.

It is sleek beautiful and a modern (timeless) black color. Since we also moved into our new home at the same time, we have received tons of compliments from all our friends and family who came to our new house warming party. We also bought the pedestals which have been an awesome decision. It makes storage so much easier. Additionally it makes the front load door at a reasonably eight and I dont have to bend much. We also installed the app that goes with this and it is so cool coz it tells us how long is the cycle going to run, what is the electricity consumption, etc. Loving it ! Ah... one last thing - it comes with a rack for the shoes which has been a huge plus given we have kids in school.

The capacity is very large (easily fit king comforter) and the sensor dry feature works awesome to where the cycle ends when it is detected to be completely dry. The display also remembers your previous setting used for each cycle and sets to that so less work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i am really loving this dryer, the aestetics are great, it adds a little pizzazz to my laundry room and performs wonderful. i chose to do a speed dry cycle with my first load and was not disappointed. there was more options but i chose this as it was not a full load. my load finished in under 30 minutes and was completely dry. the towels were fluffy and not full of lint. the dryer is very quiet and the only noticeable sound was a button on the clothing tapping as it spun. i would definitely recommend this dryer to anyone looking for a combination of style and performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When they installed my dryer it was as impressive as the washing machine. It is modern and sleek. There is more than enough capacity to handle a family of fours clothes, this is saying something as our boys go through clothes like no-ones business. I do not think they can improve much on the dryer, unless they can find a way to power it without electricity (lol). The dryer does not vibrate and make lots of noise like our old dryer, it is quite. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Until this thing gets figured out its a one star for me. Most all my clothes come out still damp. It doesn't matter what cycle it's on. I can turn heat all the way up and dryness both to 5 and, press start, 2-4 minutes later the time goes from 116 min to 4! Then it's in some stupid as cool mode. Clothes stop and guess what? They are still damp. AND if you are a person that likes hot towels out the dryer for your shower, forget about it! Nothing, absolutely nothing no matter what the setting is at, your towels will not nice and warm.

The dryer isn't super loud and it senses how dry the clothes to avoid shrinking and over-drying. The style is amazing and looks super modern. One thing to understand, although the steam function is a great idea beware that your clothes may still be damp when it is done.

In today's world, your home appliances should look as amazing as they work, and that is what Samsung has done. Without a doubt, this dryer is sleekest out right now. The smart dial is super intuitive. The capacity is huge. The steam cleaning has saved us from dry cleaning every week as well. One of the biggest features for me was the automatic vent monitoring. Having dealt with a dryer fire in the past that left 1/4 of the house damaged, this will quite literally be a life saver. The smart features are amazing! Being able to remote start a load of luandry during off peak hours during the summers is a god send. Not to mention the sensor dry so we're not running the dryer for 2 hours when it only needed 30 minutes. Overall 10/10 we are happy and excited about doing laundry again!
