Absolutely Stunning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to match the washer pair when the product launched. The design is beautiful and completes my laundry room and compliments the washer. The capacity is very large (easily fit king comforter) and the sensor dry feature works awesome to where the cycle ends when it is detected to be completely dry. The display also remembers your previous setting used for each cycle and sets to that so less work.

Can’t see the controls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] you cannot see the controls! almost impossible to find, almost invisible until you hit the power button. on the dryer, they don’t light up at all, not a defect that’s a confirmed design feature. at any price point, you should be able to easily and instinctively see the controls, this is inexcusable. do they not market testes new designs? our last generation, samsung washer and dryer are great, big logical controls, angled up at the user, and everything lights up. this is a deal killer for me and i do not buy recommendation. oh yeah, they wash well and dry good. but hard to tell for the controls if you’re an eco-mode, which takes forever to dry or regular mode, just not intuitive.

Nice Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving my Samsung dryer so far. It has done its job great, and I have no complaints. It's loaded with features. I really like the steam sanitize feature, say goodbye to germs and bacteria. I love that I can connect my phone and it will tell me how long i have left. It's easy to dial in whatever settings you want for the cycle with the large rotating dial. Overall, it seems like it's built well and should last a long time. Love the design of the machine. I would recommend this dryer.

Problems from day one

I've had the new unit for 3 weeks. From day 1, it's had a very loud ticking noise on spin cycle. Had Service Tech out twice now and they can't find anything with it. The Tech left today and didn't hear anything. Right after he left - horrible, loud ticking again through several loads. I made a video of the noise and submitted it. We'll see what happens

DO NOT BUY!!! I HATE THIS NEW SET!

I had to replace my 10 year-old Samsung washer and dryer set. I absolutely despise the new model! The dryer takes 2-3x longer to dry my clothes. The operational user interface is so idiotically inefficient and over-engineered it's absurd. You have to scroll through so much unnecessary crap just to get the dryer programmed properly, it's abdolutely absurd! Same goes for the washer. The programming / setup interface is so inefficient, over-thought, and over-engineered it drives me nuts to have to scroll through so many settings I'll never use. Instead of having a simple delayed start by 1, 2, 3,4 hours, you now have to figure out when you want the wash to be completed but you have to do the math on how long the cycle is. You can't just do a simple 1 hour delay without having to do addition of subtraction using the length of the wash cycle. What freaking genius thought that was a good idea?

Bad AI

The AI technology don't work never dries my clothes. I have to use the time dry to dry any clothes

Great features and I really like how easy it is.
