[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Samsung products period but this washing machine has to be my favorite purchase so far. It's quiet has alot of like water levels temp and I love the super speed setting not to mention it's beautiful!

Terrible product. It is really pretty- but we have had nothing but problems over the past year of ownership. When I pay the price you’re asking for, I expect a product that does not need to be seen by a certified repair person more than twice. It is still not working and I spend most of the day adjusting the load so that it can spin it dry- it’s primary job. Really disappointed, waste of money.
