[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Switched from a Samsung front loader to top load with agitation. Love it! Clothes are coming out cleaner and fluffier. Easy to use, would buy it again. The capacity makes washing a queen comforter so much easier along with all of our couch blankets. The touch screen technology is easy to use and gives the washer a clean and smooth appearance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is the greatest as far as speed, the many different wash cycles that it has, and how it connects to SmartThings. I love all those features and I'm so glad that I went with this model. The capacity is definitely large enough to accommodate the laundry of a family of 4, the best part is that it didn't cause my light bill to go up. If anything it's gone down since we stopped using the old machines.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Large capacity, average speed, intuitive controls, easily connected to Smart Things, top load means less bending over and presets that fit my laundry needs is more efficient. This machine is replacing a 12 year old thar was finally past economic repair. I have a Samsung dryer that has performed well. I have high hopes for this machine as well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd top loader from Samsung and I'm absolutely in love with it. We got the larger capacity (5.5 ft) without an agitator to be able to handle larger loads like our king size duvet. It's convenient because it connects with the Samsung smart things app. It has customizable cycles with the amount of options so available. Everything washes efficiently and does it in a very quick manner for most cycles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking for a machine, first time purchasing a washer , we just purchased our first home , so we reviewed quit a few brands and models before making our decision on this Samsung, we absolutely love it!! It was a great decision, it washes very well ,no complaints about this unit, we've had it since November 2025 and we love it. We love all the smart features aswell. We are very happy we choose this Samsung washer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has a very large capacity and we bought the one with the agitator and still holds all the clothes I need to wash. I barely notice the vibration of the washer when it's on (as long as you have it leveled properly). Wash cycles are fast and leave your clothes nice and clean. Also being able to see the cycle finish on my tv through smart things is amazing.

We went with this particular model because of its x-large capacity, Butt, what is Amazing is how clean my clothes are. The connectivity was basic and very people friendly the efficiency top notch. It does have quick wash features, but I use the regular speed due to my clothes Being so dirty from warehouse work. You really can't go wrong with Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is excellent. Love the extra large capacity. Cleans great. Speed is fast and washer is very efficient. The interface is easy to use and understand. Love using the Smart Things app for starting and keeping track of the wash cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With 6 people in our household, we wash towels like crazy. This washer doesn't even blink any eye when washing heavy loads of towels. With the quick wash settings, we can keep our landry clean and fresh in no time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the longer agitator. The black color shows water spots badly and I'm not sure how to clean them off. Love the large capacity of the washer. I have to stand on a stool to reach the bottom but it makes for a funny picture if someone happens to see me😂 but that doesn't bother me. Love the washer especially the Deep Fill feature. Gave it 4 stars due to the water spoting issue. I like things to look nice, even in the laundry room.
