Some of the reviews I saw claimed it doesn't clean well without the old style agitator but, that has not been my experience. Coming from that older type of washing machine, there is a learning curve on getting used to this newer machine. The preset options are very handy and easy to use. Plus you can change the water temperature on all of them (unlike the heat on the dryer). It's much larger than my previous machines and can even do king size comforters. Unless using Quick Wash, it is significantly slower than my previous machine, often needing 100 minutes per load. Overall though, I'm very happy with the purchase.

Im getting used to all the new features compared to my old washing machine. I had a older version of this appliance which I gave to a friend. 10 years later and it's still chugging along!

I like the simple and easy to use, it is quiet and also having smart features that alerts you when the washer and or dryer is fine on your phone or smart watch is nice. Quick washing was nice to see, features that turn the appliances off when it is done is also nice, saving energy. I hope that these appliances can last at least 10 years, manufacturers nowadays do not make appliances to last longer unfortunately, it is across the industries.
