I’ve had many other robot vacuums and mops (I have three in my house) and this is by far the best ever. I had to replace one of my three and there was no way I was buying the other brand again. We did a lot of research and decided to splurge on the Roborock and it was worth every penny…

My first experience with a robot vac was a couple years ago and if the thing had a neck I would have strangled it. I decided to give another shot with a different brand - the Roborock - and let's say if it had lips I would kiss it. Fantastic machine. Very smart, makes a complete map of your home, you can see exactly what it has done. I love it.

We love our S8 MaxV Ultra! It was easy to set up and has been cleaning our many floors and rooms daily ever since it arrived. We have 5 cats and a dog and this has saved us so much time it's such a delight to be able to schedule cleanings around our own schedules, and to be able to do spot cleaning.

The unit came incredibly well packaged and secure. Unboxing was not difficult, but provided a large amount of cardboard to recycle. Set-up was very easy using the quick start card. Very easy to connect to home WiFi. Charged quickly. Unit did a scouting run to learn the house layout and it was ready to go. It would be nice if cleaning solution was included in the start-up package, but otherwise it was good to go. It's a lot quieter than our old Roomba and the mop feature is too cool. Love it.

What a massive lifestyle upgrade! We are totally in love with the vacuum. I appreciate not having to babysit the device. The maintenance of the mop water, dust bin, and other bits is so infrequent that it feels genuinely autonomous. I highly recommend it. Tip: get the white version because it shows less dust over time.

The Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra will end your frustration in looking for a vacuum / mop that actually does what the company professes it does. We just returned the Narwal Freo X Ultra (for a few reasons), and although the price point is a "little" lower than the Roborock "ya get what you pay for." The Roborock is much more intuitive than the Narwal when negotiating corners and other potential obstacles. It has four settings in both the vacuum and mop modes. It vacuums carpets that have the color black in them (something the Narwal could not do). You can talk to it (Hello Rocky) and it actually responds and does what you command. Set up was easy. The mop tanks hold sufficient water for heavy duty mopping. Yes, it's expensive, but commit, you'll be glad you did!

I’ve owned several iRobot vacuums, and this is my first Roborock. It was very expensive and my expectations were high. I have to say the vacuum has exceeded my expectations. It has done a great job at keeping the floors looking fantastic. I am very impressed with its operation. It’s much quieter than we thought, and we are very happy. The only improvement I would suggest is a better and more intuitive app. It has been hard to find what I’m looking for easily. Despite the expense, I would highly recommend the vacuum.

My wife was begging me for months to get this but felt the price was steep. We finally got a good deal over black Friday and I must say quality purchase and quality cleaning. I was skeptical that it wouldn't clean as well as advertised but was wrong. Very happy with the purchase and maintenance and ease of use are definitely a plus.

The performance of this Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra is outstanding. The cleaning power and intelligence is impressive. It’s quiet and fast. Light years ahead of my old robot vac. Being able to monitor, remote control plus voice command the robot vac is impressive. The self cleaning and vacuum bag self emptying makes cleaning chores a lot easier.

I did most of my cleaning using my trustee dyson upright, swiffer and o-cedar mop before we purchased a Roborock. I am very meticulous about cleaning and thought I would have to deep clean with my mop anyway but this little guy is so efficient it has freed up so much of my time. Mapping took about 40 minutes (we have a 2000 ft single story home) and the cleaning options range from a quick clean to a deep vibration clean. My only regret is we didn’t buy the plumbing version. We will most likely switch to that in the future.
