I love this vac %26 mop!!! It cleans the floor then it cleans the mop until all the floors are done then it docks to charge %26 empties the dust bin. It clean the floors great! I like to go barefoot but hate grit on my feet. It also keeps my grand babies that are crawling on the floor clean.

Best purchase we’ve made! If you have pets you will not be disappointed! I’m amazed at how well it works. And I love the fact that it will run with the lay of the flooring. If you’re on the fence about this, do it.

We absolutely love our new vacuum. We use to have a smart vac, but it got wore out. Tried a newer one and it was dumb. Its great to have a reliable vacuum again. It works the way its suppose too.

This is my first vacuum/mop robot but it is a huge step up from my old vac. It’s quick, quiet and has very efficient mapping and routing. I have 3000 sq/ft that is a mix of area rugs and hard floors and this machine handles it all.

Much improved from the S7 we have. Wish you could extend the low battery return to dock time. It returns with 14% left, which is roughly three minutes shy of what it needs to finish cleaning.

great machine and works really well - and I purchased with 5 year warranty special but there is no instruction on it. wish it had that info up front - then i would have give 5 star!

I had no idea how smart, thorough and clean this thing leaves my floors. I am pleasantly surprised. Roborock is the best in its class. I bought two of the max 8 ultras. Amazing!

This product is amazing. I have hard wood floors and carpet and it cleans perfectly. I also have 2 big dogs in which shed a lot. This vacuum cleans very well and has saved me so much time with cleaning. 100% recommend.

So far it has been great. 4.5 stars. The Vacuum and Mop functionality is what I was looking for, and it is working very good.. The voice commands could be improved. With so much of AI and ChatGPT it could be a bit more conversational.

So far so good. Mapping was great and quick. Big difference from S7. I wish the expandable will actually come out when u need it. Never seen the arm out
