Our 1st purchase was returned because it stop playing & would not reconnect to Bluetooth. We decided to try again because we liked the features. We purchased another one and the speaker worked for about an hour and would not reconnect. We are taking it back too

Only had it a few hours but issue people seem to complain most about with it turning off is not happening. Over an hour and hasn't turned off. There is a source volume and the master volume (knob). I used the app to connect to the speaker and turn the source volume to the max then use the master volume knob on the back of the speaker to control the volume. Not sure if that can be setup from the speaker, I didn't read the instructions lol. Using bluetooth on my phone. The phone bluetooth volume is max, the speaker source volume is max, and the speaker volume knob is around 8 and it never turned off. The mic is not very loud unless you put it right next to your mouth or talk loud but then it sounds fine. Not sure if it is a mic thing or speaker thing. Didn't really buy it for the mic though. I set the mic volume to max in the app also.

This speaker is really good quality. The controls are fantastic both on the speaker itself and the mobile app. Bluetooth connectivity is instant, I had no issues reconnecting or playing music or sound. There are many input and output options including the ability to connect another speaker. This really feels like studio quality. I didn't expect the microphone to be too notch either but it is.

Bought this for gatherings, however, the microphone doesn't work so I can only give a 3. The speaker is nice. Bummed.

This has to be one of the worst speakers I've ever purchased. It automatically shuts off after about 30 minutes and the Bluetooth connection is horrible.

I loved this speaker and it works well for the most part, however if you connect to TV via Bluetooth it will disconnect 5-10 minutes over and over. I don't know why.

I received this ION TOTAL PA for Christmas. After a few times using it, it started shorting out and shutting down. Until, it stopped working all together. I got just about 15 hours of play before dying.

When singing kareoke it's hard to control the eq of the mic while singing. Music will stop to adjust levels. Can't sync to the machine and a TV to display words at the same time. Taking back tomorrow.
