You guys trust me when I say I know sound quality and loud music.. I have a huge car stereo system with focal speakers and I bought 2 of these but have only heard one play in my car and it sounds JUST AS LOUD AS MY CAR WITH ONLY ONE!! The bass is REALLY GOOD for a speaker playing highs and lows. And these are ONLY 500watts! That's crazy! You GUYS WILL LOVE THESE VERY GOOD Quality!! As far as shutting off (according to reviews.) it's been about 30min so far on full volume and nothing yet. Bluetooth is also really good distance! So glad I bought too when they were on sale! These are so freaking cool and loud!!!

Bought this for a Halloween party we're having. Tested it out the same day I brought it home. It was way more than I expected. The sound is amazing. The app is simple but does the job. We sang karaoke for hours! Yes, it has to stay plugged in but that's not an issue for me. Definitely worth it.

I tried the demo model in my local Sam's Club and was impressed with the sound (how rich it was highs and lows) and the lights which synced to the beat of the music. I ended up buying the speaker from a Sam's Club not in my neighborhood and imagine my surprise when I opened the box and the speaker when turned on had a significant static noise coming from the tweeter at 0 volume and when I connected my iphone via bluetooth the beat sync feature did not work and then the whole speaker stopped working (but the static persisted) I connected an auxillary device (laptop) and it would not play any sound. I power cycled multiple times, and nothing. I will be returning this speaker to the Sam's Club and ordering a different style speaker. Very disappointed. This was utter junk.

I read ALL the reviews stating it cuts off after 10 minutes or so and all the reviews saying it doesn't So I looked at the manufacture's website to see what they said. There are instructions that simply say to have source volume turned up, speaker volume at 10 and it should be fine. I set this up last night and used it for over an hour at various volume settings, even as low as 8 and it never shut down on me. I only ding a star because I'm not 100% confident on the speaker stand. Otherwise, happy so far.
