Bought this not expecting much from a low-cost espresso machine, but was very impressed with the results! I already use a coffee grinder for my drip coffee maker as I almost always buy whole bean anyway, so having a built-in grinder wasn't necessary. Heats up quickly while I grind the whole beans. I love the frother/steamer!

Seemed like a great machine, easy to figure out and work. Had to return it though because it was a little large for the space I have.

It requires that you run an initial cycle with just water to preheat the machine. Then it expels the excess water after each brew onto the tray enough that it has to be emptied each time. Worst thing is that if I fill it with the maximum amount of strong coffee ground beans, I can't brew more than 4 oz because the coffee will be too weak. So the picture on the box is misleading because if you brewed that much it would taste like water. The 40oz water container is nice but the top doesn't detach so it's awkward to fill. Also, it leaves the coffee grounds in the handle really wet do it's harder to remove them. My last machine of another brand was better and cheaper, however it stopped working after 2 months. I thought I'd try this one but I'm not sure I'll keep it.

I bought one of these for my daughter and got to try it out when we went to visit. It warms up almost immediately. The espresso makes an amazing amount of creme and it really makes the flavor of the coffee pop. The frothing feature works just right. The whole unit is compact and easy to clean. Before we returned home I had one shipped there. I hope this machine will last a long time so I'm using only distilled water it. If I can I will post another review in about a year. I sure hope Sam's Club will continue to sell this model because I am sure I will be telling all my friends about it!
