It's really a 3.5 star machine like it comes, but with a few simple modifications it becomes a 5 star machine. The most important was the two replacement 51mm filter baskets, a real tamper, a couple espresso shot glasses. With modifications it now produces as good as any $450.00 machine out there, and buy GOOD Fresh Coffee.

Easy to use, makes really good crema and stands the test of quality product for good value. I replaced my more expensive Capresso, that I had had for 8 years after it sprang a leak, with this much cheaper edition of the Jura line, Capresso, because of Jura's commitment to solid stainless steel interiors. Although this newer, cheaper version does have more exterior plastic, it still makes good espresso and froths well with high temperature steam and stream, looks good, and fits in a small space.

I miss Cafe Cubano from Miami. Not anymore! In less than 2 minutes a PERFECT colada and if need be a Cafe Con Leche to boot! I use it every day since purchase. I don't like espresso prices anywhere. Just spent $1.99 in Alachua FL for 1 colada (had to buy 2). Cafe Bustello $2.50 10oz bag, sugar, water and about 1 minute or less to brew. NO LINES unless other people in the house beat you to it! EXCELLENT BREW system for my needs!

I wanted an espresso machine for our winter home and as only I drink it, I did not want an expensive model. This one does the job well. It is easy to operate and easy to clean. Pretty surprised by the quality for such an inexpensive machine.

Perfect size, it’s the same size as a 10 pot coffee machine. Easy to use and clean. Only down fall is it does not come with cups or milk pot but otherwise great buy.

This espresso maker is pretty good for the price. I am really enjoying it and you won’t be disappointed

Makes a great cup of coffee. On the espresso shot, there a nice layer of foam, and the steam wand does wanders for warming milk and making foam for lattes, cappuccinos, or whatever drink strikes your fancy.

The Capresso Cappuccino Machine is a lot of fun to have around. My only suggestion would be to make a removable milk steamer and frother. That way it would be easier to clean. The black plastic cap on the steamer is easy to clean because it can be submerged in water. The stainless steel part of the frother, the part that can't be removed is difficult to clean even quickly after use. Soaking would be a nice option if it were removable. Perhaps it could be battery operated.
