the mattress is hard as a rock. I had to buy 2 extra toppers to provide some cushion!

It was as expected. It was vacuum packed, and fluffed fairly quickly after plastic was removed. Seemed to be reasonably firm but not hard.

easiest way to put it is affordable comfort. this was the most comfortable mattress in this price range

This was so easy to take out box and setup my 11 year old was able to do it. I like the firmness of the mattress. It seems solid I will review again when I sleep on it.
