I bought this because grass fed is supposed to be healthier. Sirloin is usually pretty lean so I didn't have high expectations. I tenderized it by using a stabbing type tool, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Browned in a hot skillet with olive oil and a little butter. Browned both sides, lowered heat, and cooked slowly with a lid on. It's very good.

I bought these for the first time this week %26 cooked them for dinner tonight. They were nice %26 thick! If I didn't know better, i might think they were filet mignon. I was concerned about the quality since they were prepackaged, but the steaks were incredibly tender, juicy, and flavorful! The price was nice too. My family was happy with dinner tonight. I will definitely buy them again if I see them available.

I see some reviews praising that this is grass fed beef. I would much rather eat the grass than this crap! 1st it is soaked in some vile concoction to either a) make it tender and flavorful, b) preserve it, c) add extra water weight to raise the price, or d) all of the above. One of our steaks was putrid and inedible and the rest are not the least bit edible. Do us all a favor and keep it in Australia.
