I like the smaller grass fed ribeye steaks.

They were quite satisfying, I cooked them on the skillet with butter and garlic. They turned out great. I would recommend just peeking at the cuts a bit more, though the ones we got were good, there were still some toughness. Overall great and would buy again.

We tried these top sirloins because the store cut ones were too large. The size was right, but the meat was not the same quality as the store cut meat. They were tough and did not have a lot of flavor.

These steaks looked good in the package. My husband cooked all four for dinner and two of them were tender and tasty without any fat or gristle. The other two were full of horrible gristle, making them inedible. We ended up giving them to the dogs. I was very disappointed after spending the money on them. If we lived closer to the Sam’s club where we purchased them I would have gone into the store and told them.

I bought these twice. The first ones were very tough. I couldn’t chew them. I thought I had gotten a bad pack so I ordered a second time and these were tougher than the first.
