I like the smaller grass fed ribeye steaks.

Tasty for steak bites, I recommend to marinate for a day and don’t forget to bring to room temp before cooking so they cook evenly.

Good quality Hala product.

They were quite satisfying, I cooked them on the skillet with butter and garlic. They turned out great. I would recommend just peeking at the cuts a bit more, though the ones we got were good, there were still some toughness. Overall great and would buy again.

Member’s Mark Grass Feed Steak was not our favorite. I did cook in two different batches. The one I washed and took out of the store packed for 24 hours tasted a little better.

These steaks looked good in the package. My husband cooked all four for dinner and two of them were tender and tasty without any fat or gristle. The other two were full of horrible gristle, making them inedible. We ended up giving them to the dogs. I was very disappointed after spending the money on them. If we lived closer to the Sam’s club where we purchased them I would have gone into the store and told them.

I bought these twice. The first ones were very tough. I couldn’t chew them. I thought I had gotten a bad pack so I ordered a second time and these were tougher than the first.
