Member's Mark Grass Fed Beef Top Sirloin Steak, priced per pound

Beef is very expensive today!  This is pretty affordable, and is grass fed.  I like the way it's packaged, and its easy to separate and freeze individually.

So..normally love steaks from here..these. was not that time sadly

Looked good on the top!!

These steaks looked good in the package. My husband cooked all four for dinner and two of them were tender and tasty without any fat or gristle. The other two were full of horrible gristle, making them inedible. We ended up giving them to the dogs. I was very disappointed after spending the money on them. If we lived closer to the Sam’s club where we purchased them I would have gone into the store and told them.

Two out of the four steaks were inedible.

They were quite satisfying, I cooked them on the skillet with butter and garlic. They turned out great. I would recommend just peeking at the cuts a bit more, though the ones we got were good, there were still some toughness. Overall great and would buy again.
