The Samsung washer has surpassed every single expectation I have ever had about dishwashers. Quiet as a mouse, cleans all dishes, flatware and glass to a sparkling, perfectly clean condition, every cycle. Thank you Samsung, you have gained a lifelong customer!!

We have an open kitchen/living area, and we can run a cycle while watching a movie without hearing a thing. The sleek, minimalist design looks great in our kitchen, and the 'Auto Release' door feature at the end of the cycle is a small touch that makes a huge difference in drying performance.

Love the fact that it is connected to smarthings app. It notifies my phone when a load is done, it also sends notifications for self cleaning, and other regular maintenance. Really well designed which allows for fitting a lot of dishes. Love the third rack for utensils. It did very well in terms of wash performance. It was able to get off light to moderate soil from dishes. Some of the heavier gravy stains needed some pre scrubbing. The second rack is a bit low so you cannot have both racks pulled and take out dishes without bumping into it. But overall a really good and well designed dishwasher for everyday use!

We purchased Samsung dishwasher online, we made the choice due to the fact that the delivery, install, abd haul away were free. The install was horrible, the company being used has zero professional tact, at least the install crew. First they arrived and tried to drop it off and leave, they saud that they were behind and were in a hurry. My wife said no your supposed to install and haul away the old one. He then was bothered and asked us for tools because he had none. We provided what he needed and he then installed. A few days later my wife noticed water leaking under the disposal cabinet. Upon inspection these dummies either pushed the drain pipe on left hand side of sink or moved it somehow. I sent sams an email, they emailed the company used Im assuming, a supervisor calls me from the vendor and he asks whats leaking, i explain and he says well I don't know why they would even touch the drain pipe. As to imply possibly we caused the issue, I said well we didn't have this problem prior. Then he apologized and said the guy was new and in training. Thats not the case they were in a hurry because they were behind. Sadly I will not purchasing big items anymore. Its been 5 days still waiting to be fixed. Sam's I need a gift card for my horrible experience at the bare minimum. Dishwasher is great, install sucks!

"Bespoke White Glass" is actually light gray. Not white at all! If you need a true white appliance for your white kitchen - look somewhere else. This one looks horrible. Beware that it is not eligible for return! The reason is buried somewhere in the fine print... I did not find it. It may otherwise be a good dishwasher - time will tell.

This dishwasher does not dry, doesn't have the capability of drying like the other glass face bespoke that I had previously. it opens to dry, so I have to dry my dishes after they're washed! It completely confounds me how you have all this technology, but I still have to hand dry my dishes to put them away or let them sit for a couple days! Who in the world even thought that that was a good idea… OK so the stainless still doesn't get fingerprints what does that matter when I'm too busy drying my dishes all the time I barely see the front, cause I have to keep my dishwasher open. Just absolutely ridiculous. I loved the one I had previously but unfortunately after just a year of buying the bespoke glass front for 700+ dollars it just stopped working. This is completely disheartening in every way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer I replaced was 45 years old. I expected improvements but not to the degree I experienced with Samsung. Quite, cleaning power, settings, informative communications, etc. What I enjoyed the most was the ease of installation. I purchased three appliances at the same time and opted for Samsung installation on the 2 easier jobs but mistakenly omitted the potentially most difficult dishwasher. The install instructions made it easier along with a big helping hand from my son.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my samsung dishwasher, but then I LOVE anything samsung! This dishwasher runs super quiet, dishes always come out clean and dry! Have no problem with it!!! And the price I paid for it was very affordable for what you get if you would buy a very expensive one. Love the setup inside the dishwasher as it has the 3rd "slider" so you can load lids, large knives or anything that is flat!
