[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is extremely quiet and does a great job. The storm wash or heavy duty cycles are long, but everything is clean. The capacity is great, however I would suggest a tighter pattern in the lower and middle racks to accommodate smaller items. We have not used the smart technology to any extent so far. It is nice to look in the app and see time remaining. Very happy so far with our purchase.

This is a sleek and stylish unit with some great features. Unfortunately, most of that becomes ineffective if you can't wash dishes in the dishwasher. In fairness, you can wash dishes, but you cannot wash dinner plates. Standard dinner plates measure 11 inches across and cannot be loaded in the dishwasher without interfering with the upper spray assembly. This seems to come as a result of Samsung adding a third rack which (IMHO) is completely useless and offers nothing to offset the limited space on the bottom rack. Consequently, since purchasing this appliance, we eat off of paper plates or wash the plates by hand, which kind of defeats the purpose of buying a dishwasher. Warning to future prospective buyers, check the interior space in your dishwasher and don't believe that manufacturers have actually considered that which homeowners actually value - being able to wash their dishes and plates.

We purchased Samsung dishwasher online, we made the choice due to the fact that the delivery, install, abd haul away were free. The install was horrible, the company being used has zero professional tact, at least the install crew. First they arrived and tried to drop it off and leave, they saud that they were behind and were in a hurry. My wife said no your supposed to install and haul away the old one. He then was bothered and asked us for tools because he had none. We provided what he needed and he then installed. A few days later my wife noticed water leaking under the disposal cabinet. Upon inspection these dummies either pushed the drain pipe on left hand side of sink or moved it somehow. I sent sams an email, they emailed the company used Im assuming, a supervisor calls me from the vendor and he asks whats leaking, i explain and he says well I don't know why they would even touch the drain pipe. As to imply possibly we caused the issue, I said well we didn't have this problem prior. Then he apologized and said the guy was new and in training. Thats not the case they were in a hurry because they were behind. Sadly I will not purchasing big items anymore. Its been 5 days still waiting to be fixed. Sam's I need a gift card for my horrible experience at the bare minimum. Dishwasher is great, install sucks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dishwasher! It has multiple cleaning options depending on the type of dishes you want to wash. Or just load everything in it on auto wash for perfectly clean dishes. I really like the auto open door after the wash for optimal drying. It's very quite and efficient enough to run daily. Looks very good with the control panel on top of the door. Also, can be programmed through smart things app on your phone. I highly recommend this dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There was nothing that made me concern or worry about it, it just worked for the past 5 months and it was quiet to run. I usually clean dishes a bit before putting them into it, so I don't know what would happen if I don't do that, but for me it is more than good enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my dishwasher it has 2 large racks and at the top it has a small rack/ drawer where large cooking utensils such as stirring spoons spatulas..... or lids for your bowls or jars. It's very quiet. The AI technology is awesome it has multiple settings if you have a small load that will fit on the bottom rack theres a setting to wash that rack only. If you have a Samsung phone the app has a place to add your samsung appliances. After wash is complete everything sparkels/ shines such as your glasses and silverware. Once its complete it sends you message to your phone with a symbol. Also when it's complete it automatically opens the door about 3 or 4 inches.

"Bespoke White Glass" is actually light gray. Not white at all! If you need a true white appliance for your white kitchen - look somewhere else. This one looks horrible. Beware that it is not eligible for return! The reason is buried somewhere in the fine print... I did not find it. It may otherwise be a good dishwasher - time will tell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is quiet and cleans the dishes very well. The only problem is the power button, it's not sensitive enough, it requires a lot of work to turn on the unit. My wife has trouble turning the unit on. She has me turn on the unit.
